Absolutely tragic this company
Absolutely tragic this company. DO NOT USE. I returned my machine as it was broken. This took them 4 weeks after paying £200. Then thy sent me a broken corroded second hand machine back. Evidence bellow. First time using its injured myself and client. It’s broken in half. Im furious and taking this company to court.

There was a major issue with UPS and…
There was a major issue with UPS and their driver. He was literally screaming at my partner throwing the package that has been opened already out of the car after we tried to meet this guy for more then 2 weeks. The products were damaged and the situaution pretty traumatic. The delivery guy from ups was not having his best times I would say - still bad for me and my studio that I have been waiting for the supply for such a long time. The dude simply just wrote that we didn’t want to accept the package/delivery because of the late delivery and other reason that made no sense. Big lies. So we reached out to the service of killer ink and they helped us so much. Especially Caitlin Morgan who was there for us. Clear and helpful mails and so much support. Finally we received our order in good conditions due the good and professional help of Caitlin & killerink.

My order got lost - UPS did a mistake
My order got lost because UPS did a mistake. I told UPS about it and they told Killerink. I got a message from Killerink (to be exact from Eleonora Lenguas) faster than I ever could've imagined and they helped me instantly. They sent me a new package with my ordered goods. Best service I ever experienced.

Great variety, fast shipping, amazing service
KillerInk offers nearly every product I need for our studio, so I order almost everything here. The shipping is super fast and the products are packaged well.
I just had a technical problem in the app there was no way to use the reward coins. So I contacted KillerInk and Tiziano responded very quick and help me solve the issue. (Thank you :) )
I dont know if my smart phone messes with the apps design but there was no option in the order process to use the reward coins. So I went to the website, used the coins and went back to the app, where it adapted the coins.

Eleonora on their staff is top tier
I had a delivery coming being sent to the wrong address and rung up their customer service. Eleonora helped me and was absolutely the loveliest, sweetest person who immediately took my correct address and contacted DPD on my behalf. Most companies would genuinely not bother to go out of their way but Eleonora was so kind and I honestly was almost shocked by how incredibly efficient and personable she was. Very disappointing customer service.
I have been buying from this company for around 1.5 years, but my latest experience has been extremely frustrating.
Before placing my order, I corrected my billing/address details in their system and I also sent them a screenshot as proof. However, they still issued the invoice with the wrong address.
When I contacted them and asked for the invoice to be corrected, they simply said they are unable to change the address on an already issued invoice due to legal regulations. I understand that an issued invoice may not be editable, but in that case the incorrect invoice should be cancelled/credited and a new correct invoice should be issued.
This mistake was not caused by me. I corrected the details before ordering, and the invoice was issued incorrectly by their system/company. As a business owner myself, I find it very hard to understand how a company can refuse to correct a document that was issued incorrectly on their side.
The device has not been used. If they cannot provide the correct invoice, I will return the product and buy it from another supplier.
Very poor after-sales support and a very disappointing way to treat a returning customer.
