Caitlin! What a babe, I had a faulty machine and Killer Ink really did go above and beyond to replace the machine. It was sent out NDD before midday so my clinic had little disruption. She explained the difference between the 2 machines I was looking at and really gave me good information so I could make an informed choice. 100% the best customer service from Killer ink and Caitlin!

Avoid Buying Expensive Items from This Company
I purchased a Brother printer costing around £500, and after just three days it developed a fault and started chewing up paper. It didn’t matter what type of paper was used—the printer continuously damaged it.
I contacted customer service immediately and provided emails, photos, and videos clearly showing the issue. I was instructed to return the printer, which I did. As the fault occurred so quickly, I hadn’t kept the original packaging, but I was specifically told this would not be a problem. I also had to pay the return postage myself because I requested a refund rather than a replacement.
The printer was returned well within the 14-day period, so I believed I was fully within my consumer rights. However, after receiving the printer, the company claimed they could not find any fault and are now threatening to send it back to me instead of issuing a refund.
What has made this even more frustrating is the attitude of their staff. I received rude emails suggesting that if they return the printer, I am “free to sell it privately.” They continue to hide behind their own policies while, in my view, failing to follow consumer law.
I am now having to pursue the matter through Trading Standards and other avenues to recover my money.
My experience is that everything is fine while the product works, but if something goes wrong, don’t expect good customer service or an easy refund process. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise against purchasing expensive items from this company,

I purchased a new Spektra Xion S machine from you, but it arrived with defects. In order to process a return, you are asking me to pay for the return shipping myself, even though I ordered the product as new and it cost €500.
