Great Handover

I went to buy a tent box roof tent, I met Andrew who went though its workings and answered all my questions with honesty and with great knowledge of this brand. I purchased one he had one in stock and kindly reserved it for me until I could pick it up. I went today is was already on a trolly waiting for me to take it to the car for roof assembly, I did what i could do myself he then kindly got a member of staff to help me lift it onto my roof bars, he also imparted some expert knowledge on the best way to mount it and made sure i was doing it correctly. while i was completing the installation he’d removed all the packaging and took it away! He also helped with a couple of other things i’d purchased and was friendly and extremely helpful through the whole experience. I would recommend this company if you’re thinking of making a purchase.

Bought a Adamo 754DL 72 reg from new. Nothing but problems. Bathroom door 3 year and still waiting. 3 new panels for electric beds. Numerous other things. Would never buy another Bailey. Seen more staff changes in 4 year than the dole office. Not one manager has solved our problems. Happy when there selling but don’t want to know you after that. 1 staff member Cheryl tries her best to solve problems but must be pulling her hair out with everything that is going on there

A hard save over many years turned out to be a costly experience full of dread. Customer relations especially support needed or obvious was poor and tech relationships non responsive after several calls for update even with numerous reminders of warranty issues. Handover was a failure the normal person on leave & the substitute worked at a different area, he used guess work,ĥbasic knowledge of A 2hr promised handover took 40mins, the Manager called him away to attend to other customers. After an horrendous experience with the first vehicle this a second, a replacement was just as beautiful a model but fear of a repeat situation killed the dream.

Caravan purchase assisted by salesman Nik. Helpful, informative and not pushy. Handover for collection of caravan completed two weeks later by Paul. On arrival for handover, we discovered that a mistake had been made somewhere in the order process, which could easily have put the handover back by another week, but Paul and his colleagues went “above and beyond” to sort out the problem. The caravan was fully ready later on the same afternoon. As they say, mistakes happen, but it’s how the problem is dealt with that matters. Fantastic service from Kimberley Darlington. Would thoroughly recommend.

We bought our Bailey Alora from Kimberley’s in September 2024 and have used it extensively since then. A number of faults have presented themselves during our travels all covered by Baileys warranty. We live 100 miles from Kimberley’s in Darlington and they have been terrific in arranging the repairs and carrying out the work. The service team are excellent and have been so supportive. We can’t fault the work carried out by them.

Very good salesman particularly when we exchanged our van for the new one. However, making telephone contact after sale has been difficult. The most helpful was folk from the Accounts dept who went out of their way to ensure I spoke to the right person. I was persistently fobbed off by the receptionist as to why I couldn’t speak to the original salesman.
I am pleased with our new caravan and subsequent help from your salesman has been good when we recently visited your site.

I was having a chilled Sunday scrolling through the internet and decided to look at new motorhomes. Found a brand new one that I quite liked, so sent off some part exchange details through the website at Kimberley caravans. Within an hour I had a call from Scott and we agreed a fair price for my part exchange, and 10 days later I made the 5 hour Drive from Kent to Darlington wondering if I made the right choice! I received a very warm welcome on arrival, I discovered I had an insurance issue with the new Motorhome upon arrival at the dealership but the handover team where very patient with me whilst it was resolved, I then had a very good handover with Paul, Drove the motorhome back to Kent through the night, loaded it up the next morning and away we went for our first weekend without any issues. I highly recommend Kimberley caravans.

Called to pick up our new caravan and was greeted by Paul who walked us through every aspect of the caravans controls and set up. Very thorough and questioned if we were happy at every stage of the process, not a problem to go back through anything that we were unsure about. Very professional and made the handover a very pleasant experience.

Nothing but great words to say for the staff at kimberleys. Ended up with our dream motorhome and it was all sorted while I was away at work. Scott went out of the way to get everything ready for me coming home. When I went for the van, Paul gave a great handover and showed excellent knowledge of motorhomes and gave loads of handy tips and tricks. Really good laugh aswell which always helps.

The van has been really well looked after and had expensive wheels put on for the handover. Full service, MOT, habitat check and down plating all done before I got back from work. No expenses spared when preparing the van for collection.

I would highly recommend going to kimberleys for anything caravan and motorhome related.
