April warranty work

My van was booked in for some warranty work.
Hannah was very helpful and got all the paperwork sorted. I was very grateful to Mick for driving me back home (about 35 miles) as my van needed to be left overnight.
Thanks to Declan for carrying out the work required and to Dave who also helped on an un-related matter to the warranty work.
Thank you to Hannah and all at Leisure World.

We visited leisure world at catterck Excellence achieved to…

We visited leisure world at catterck to choose a new motorhome, from the very first moment the staff were very attentive, knowledgeable and informative but without being pushy which was nice .
A special shout out to Laurence , Andrew and josh and also Alan the awning specialist,who really looked after us on the hand over day .all in all a very positive experience

After sales help was fantastic! Kirsty is a star.

We have 2 issues with a brand new Adria that we bought a few weeks ago. Kirsty has been a fantastic help in getting them both resolved. Her communication is great, she's quick to respond and genuinely wants to help fix things. She's a huge asset to the business. Thank you.

Visited at Catterick yesterday.

Visited at Catterick yesterday to have a professional cleaning of the outside of our small motorhome as being over 80 do not want to climb on the roof. The service provided by Hannah was first class and when the clean was finished found us and took us out to the van. There were bits not clean and advised that she would have it looked at again. After a second clean she again got us and took us to the van. When we got home we had a really good look at the outside of the van and the roof in particular was not what we liked. I know we only had it cleaned and it was not a new purchase but had it been a purchase I would have been appalled. We will not be going back.

Since writing the review the company have offered another clean with their top man on the house so they really are listening and keen to offer a first class service. Good on them.
The cafe is great too

Burstner warranty issues

Although Burstner took their time to send the new door like 9 months. No fault seemingly to Leisure World. Service at Leisure World was very good and full marks to Hannah for her attention to detail. Burstner warranty issues originated for poor QA when vehicle signed off at factory.

The place to have your campervan serviced

Great experience at Leisure World Catterick. The staff on the service desk were really helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The engineers were thorough and highlighted issues that we were not aware of.

Maxview Router problem solved

Bought a Camper van from Leisure World , and found the Maxview Router didn't work . Karen booked me in and Danny and Luke attempted to sort out the problem . Having no success, Luke ordered a new Router and fitted it . Problem solved . Excellent After Sales Service

New motorhome

Arrived excitedly to collect our new motorhome today! Sold by Margaret. Quick turnaround from purchase to collection. Thorough handover by Stephen who went round the vehicle, inside and out, showing us everything and explaining bits and pieces.
On one of our previous visits I had also spoken to a great chap in the service department here who was also knowledgeable and helpful.
An added bonus here is the huge shop stocking everything you could possibly need!
And the restaurant serves delicious food.

Update to my previous review:

I’m pleased to share a much more positive update following a long and in-depth conversation with Andrew Briggs, their Head of Sales & Aftersales, earlier today.

Andrew was completely apologetic and acknowledged that things should never have been allowed to reach the state they did. After our discussion, it’s clear he’s taken the situation by the scruff of the neck. He’s already busy reorganising processes and staff training to bring their standards up to where they need to be—which makes sense given his background with the likes of Porsche, BMW, and Kimberley.

I’m happy to report that I’ve received a full apology and a swift reimbursement of the monies I paid out. As a result, I have withdrawn my court claim and the report to the AWS. Andrew proved to be a man of his word; not only was the payment handled immediately, but the service department also got straight in touch to discuss options for scheduling my outstanding warranty work at my convenience.

I’ve had my rant, but I now want to thank Andrew for his time and for stepping up. I feel much more reassured that things are on the right track, and I’m more than happy to give Leisure World the opportunity to prove they are worthy of my business moving forward. I’m a firm believer that everyone deserves a fair chance to put things right, so let’s see what the future brings. Wishing Andrew every success with the turnaround.

Although dissapointed with the build…

Although dissapointed with the build quality of our swift conqueror (sh**e) all the niggly little problems have been dealt with by leisure world and Hannah the young lady in service dept was a pleasure to deal with !!

Friendly customer service

Friendly customer service, service technicians appear to have done a good job servicing my Caravan.
However I am disappointed to find out that Catterick caravans are no longer taking on Eldiss warranty work. I have continued to have my caravan serviced here due to warranty capabilities having required work in the past for water ingress.

Rutland repair - Sophie …

Sophie in the service team was brilliant with our caravan repair & service, when the technician went on sick leave she kept us updated on the situation with our caravan and what she had done so the caravan could be repaired we got a phone call every couple of days which gave us reassurance that progress was been made. Her pleasant nature is a credit to your company. She went above and beyond to ensure we were kept up to date. This is the best service experience I have had with your company. The world needs more Sophie’s

Great shop experience

Saw a great dog coat when visiting the store outbound on our travels but non in our dogs size. Lee got a XS & S ordered for us to try when passing by on our return & phoned us to inform they'd arrived & put to one side for us to try. One was a perfect fit. Good price, great customer service rather than the common retail experience of 'if it's not out we don't have them'
