Picture didn't match

The picture of the item I purchased did not match the product I recieved. Also, I sent an email about this and was never contacted. Your advertising should be accurate in order for a client to trust your products.

The images that are currently on our website were provided to us by Farmhouse Fresh to use in advertising their brand. Long wait time.

I ordered close to $300.00 of visual changes plus shipping. I normally use a different site and wish that I never went through this on line company. I placed my order on the 15th of March. I received an email saying they received my order and took my payment that night. I emailed them back on a Friday to ask when I would receive my order, they replied that I would have to wait until Monday before that question could be answered. The following Tuesday they said they would ship it to me. I looked on the UPS link and it should be here by this Friday. 10 days and I paid for it to be here sooner. I sent an email asking about my shipping and have received no response. There's very few people that carry visual changes. I will be going to using another company the next time I pay for $300.00 of merchandise with a shipping charge that they don't bother to go by and have to wait longer for my things.

Great Customer Care

I really loved the thoughtful sample they included (a product sample from the same company I ordered from). Great idea to help introduce me to new items I never would tried; or even known existed! Highly recommend Kimberly Beauty!

Shady

I ordered 70.00 cream and was not aware that it was recalled. Did not say it was recalled or backordered on the website, did not receive an email notification, AND I was charged before even knowing this. I am furious. This company seems shady and Im curious to even see if Im refunded.

Hello Alexandra,

We apologize for the slower than normal notice regarding your product. Due to the weekend and the MLK Holiday, we were just informed that the most recent batch # of Sanitas Vita Rich Moisturizer that we'd received was being voluntarily recalled. There is no notice on our website because the voluntary recall only pertained to that one certain batch #, which is being replaced immediately, creating a minimal delay. Along with Sanitas, we do our very best to inform customers when there is any type of concern with their products, and we act on those concerns immediately. The moment we were made aware of the recall, we sent you an email (delivered 01/20/16 @ 12:16pm) stating that there was a delay in your order, and the reason for that delay. Had there been no recall, there would have been no delay, and you would have received your order within the 3-7 day shipping as ordered (if not earlier, since we do pride ourselves on FAST shipping).

We are sorry that we have not been able to complete your order satisfactorily, however ensuring that the quality of the product you receive is equally as important as the timeliness in which you receive it. We felt it necessary to ship only the very BEST that Sanitas has to offer, and therefore paused the shipping on your order until we had a new batch in hand.

Your requested refund has been issued for the total amount paid. We hope that you will agree, that although the term "shady" was used, it in no way describes our business practices.

Great products

Love Kimberly Beauty's selection of products, especially Sanitas. Great prices and A+ customer service. I gave four stars instead of five simply bc shipping takes a little longer than I would like, but it was around the holidays so that might have affected the transit time. Definitely a go-to website for skincare needs!!
