We sent you an email not more than 5 minutes ago and then we saw this.
We were holding your order because there was a back-order in place on 2 of the items. The manufacturer told us they would be in within a few days after your order was received. Then they told us it would be the following week.. then again this week we were just told that it will not be until the 21st of this month on one of the items and June on the other. We are shipping the other item in your order and have offered to ship the other items as they come in... or give you a refund on one or both. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

I recently placed my first order with Kimberly. Beauty. Although the product I ordered turned out to be out of stock, in the meantime they sent me two samples at no charge and a nice little note telling me they would ship as soon as possible.

Kimberly Beauty offered better prices than DermStore on the products I purchased (Sanitas) plus offered a 10% off promo code for additional savings. I appreciate their relatively low shipping threshold and was pleased when my order was delivered one day ahead of time. I will definitely shop with Kimberly Beauty again when I need additional Sanitas product.
