I am stuck with an item I cancelled…
I am stuck with an item I cancelled both on a call and via email, a week before it was delivered. I could not be sure the members of staff I spoke to cared about what I was saying or even understood me. They did speak perfect English though. I can never deal with an organization like this one ever again.

Dear Customer,
We would like to address the situation regarding your bespoke order. Initially, you requested a custom item cut to a specific length and subsequently reached out to confirm delivery for the next working day. You also communicated via phone that the order was to be delivered on Monday without paying any express delivery which we offer on checkout page. Following the processing of your order for next working day, you then requested a cancellation.
It is unclear why you sought a rapid delivery only to request cancellation immediately thereafter. We had clearly conveyed that your order was already processed and that orders cut to specific lengths and delivered cannot be returned, as stipulated in our sales contract.
The feedback you provided does not accurately reflect the situation, and we are unable to facilitate any future orders under these circumstances. While we take pride in our customer service, it is concerning when customers place an order under pressure for expedited delivery, only to request cancellation shortly thereafter. This behavior may indicate an intention to retain the item while seeking a refund, which is not acceptable practice. Thank you for your understanding.
