Order turned up cut wrong
Order turned up cut wrong (everthing had a 15° cut on it instead of being square cut), I didn't receive 20kg of what I ordered and it took well over a week to arrive.
They resent the order and was still cut wrong with 15° cuts on ends.
I got it sorted elsewhere in the end at my own cost...
I will NEVER use them again.

Dear Customer,
We regret to learn that you have encountered issues with your order. We acknowledge receipt of your complaint concerning the cuts; however, we have not previously received any feedback of this nature. As a gesture of goodwill, we promptly dispatched a replacement item, and we possess clear documentation demonstrating that the replacement was cut to the appropriate right angles. It is important to note that we maintain a high standard of production, utilising advanced, fully automatic Bandsaw machinery with a tolerance of +/- 2-3mm.
To date, we have not received any photographic evidence indicating that you received items with a 15-degree cut. Despite this, we offered a complimentary replacement and extended an invitation to collect the original item, which you declined, requesting a replacement instead.
You indicated that you had not received off-cuts from us, so we also provided additional off-cuts replacements.
