Just the job

I ordered a five foot long length of brass channel that few other stockists would provide. It arrived promptly, dead straight and in good condition.

Solid

What truly stood out to me was their prompt delivery. KI Metals ensured that my order arrived ahead of schedule, which gave me extra time to complete my projects without unnecessary delays. The communication throughout the process was seamless; I was always kept in the loop regarding my order status.
Their pricing is also very competitive, offering excellent value without compromising on quality.

Overall a good experience.

Overall, a good customer experience. Room for improvement on the communication regarding when my order was going to be delivered, as I was not I formed when it would arrive.
