Extremely slow and order incorrect.
Very slow to process my order of two lengths of 3mm galvanised angle iron. When it finally arrived they had sent two different thicknesses 3mm and 5mm. This was of no use to me for the job I was working on.

My first port of call next time.
I easily found what I was looking for on the website. The selection of products was good and the pricing very clear. Prices were comparable with alternative suppliers but, having been very happy with my previous purchase from K I Metals, I felt there was probably no benefit in trying out a different supplier. In keeping with my first purchase, just a few days' later, all of the ordered lengths arrived, well packaged and in good condition. Would definitely recommend.

I bought two lengths of galvanised…
I bought two lengths of galvanised steel channel for use as gate posts. I wanted corrosion protected steel and Kimetals could supply it. Delivery was timely but I could have done with some notice on when it was going to arrive.

A perfect service
A perfect service, you enter the details of what you want, in my case round stock, tell them how long you want it, whatever diameter, pay and it turns up on your doorstep we'll packed a few days later. What more could you ask for?

Lacks organisation
Put the order in, 10 days later I chase it up and I’m told it would be being sent the next day, fast forward 24hrs, I get a phone call saying that they’d only galvanised one item and it would be another week, would not recommend this company.

Courier service is poor.
I had a frustrating and disappointing experience with my order. The main issue was the courier service they use, which provides no delivery window—no text, email, or call. They simply leave the package outside, making it vulnerable to theft. Additionally, one section was 30cm too short, yet it was still shipped, and some of the posts arrived bent. I had to push for replacements, which was quite a hassle. Although I eventually received the items I needed, the overall experience was far from smooth.
