It's so colorful and beautiful I expected it to be cheaply made, but to my surprise it was made of good quality material I'm very happy with it. I will be purchasing another one in the near future.

This company claim that you can make a return. When I received my order the tag was off the kimono loose in the bag and it was in a dreadful creased state. I filled in a returns email and was told to avoid the hassle of returning they would give me a store credit (no store near me) or a 50% refund. I finally agreed to take the 50% but was then asked to send photos of it which I did. 3 weeks later and I'm still waiting on a response. Dreadful service and poor quality material and workmanship.

Do not buy. Returns process is a scam , they package items together and even if you open the outer packaging they will not accept return. Awful customer service and terrible fabric .

The kimono i purchased is much better in person than it appeared on the website. The flowing fabric and vivid deep colors make people turn heads. I was even asked if its a part of an ethnic costume. I definitely want to try other kimonos listed on their site. And I would like to mention the helpful customer service . They reply immediately to any email and resolve any issue.

Don't buy from this place, it's barely above a scam. I ordered a kimono jacket and changed my mind - unworn, unopened inner packaging, just the outer (because I had to open it to know what it was) and they are refusing me a refund. The tone of my emails with customer service in retrospect is very clearly doing everything they can to find a way to justify not refunding me even though I checked the policy.

Kimono is lovely, good fabric and really well made! Delivery was a little slow but it was worth the wait.

I ordered a kimono but colour was not as described, fit was poor & it was badly creased due to poor packaging. When I requested a refund, I was told they would not accept my return because the packaging had been opened & item tried on. They also said tag needed to be attached, but tag was loose in the bag when it arrived. I disputed this & was then told I could return item but would have to pay for fully tracked postage myself.
This is a scam company which is best avoided. The item did not match their description & their returns policy is abysmal.

I bought a kimono as a present. It's a beautiful soft fabric and lovely subtle colours. Good quality and good value!
It took quite a while to reach me (dispatched from Japan?). When I enquired about delivery I got a generic response that was probably AI generated. A direct answer would have been preferable

I ordered my robe and was concerned with the length of time it was taking to arrive. I reached out to customer service and I received a response veey quickly with a shipping update.
The robe I ordered is beautiful and comfortable. I do wish it had pockets but that has not kept me from wearing it daily!

Awful quality. These are made of polyester and spandex not cotton rayon as advertised.
I asked for a refund. They refused because I had opened the package. Returns are not free if you opened the parcel. It makes no sense.
Absolutely awful customer service, and cheap shiny clothes. I would give zero stars if I could.
