First of all, our agent, Gil Santos was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Our previous ins was raising our rage from $1900/yr to $8200/yr. Gil at Kin was able to get it much closer to the $1800 we were paying, with better coverage.

Absolutely overbearing, terrible outreach. I looked for insurance through a broker, and apparently my information was shared with Kin Insurance without my knowledge.
I have received a minimum of three calls a day from Kin Insurance, all from automated robot lines designed to sound like busy offices with noise in the background. Any consideration I had toward them as my provider evaporated the moment I received the third automated call in a row in a single day.
Obnoxious and asinine that a company blatantly harass potential customers with nonstop phone calls. If your calls are ignored/canceled multiple times in a row, you’d think you’d catch the hint.
