Ordered bathroom mat got 100% scammed, never arrived, Promised replacement that never arrived either . Stay away from this “company”

ABSOLUTELY 100% SCAM. Do not use this company, they will give you all the information you need to make it feel real, they will reply to you etc. but once 90 days are up and you have no recourse with PayPal, they will ghost you.

Ordered some shirts… they were awful and such poor quality. Trying to return them no joy yet! STAY CLEAR!!

Purchased the bathroom mats which cost over £100 back in February still not received. And customer support keep fobbing me off with emails of the same nature. It’s a scam do not purchase from this company they should be shut down.

SCAMMERS. BEWARE. If i could put zero stars or minus stars i would. Terrible service. Nil returns policy regardless of what is on their website. Wrong sizes sent and i was advised to give them to someone else as a gift.

I would like to give something negative but that is not an option. Stay away this is not a legit business.

I give them one star because I can’t give them zero. The quality of the shirts themselves seems like they’d be ok but they come in about 2 sizes too small. Apparently Shanghai has very different sizing than we do in the U.S. I brought this to their attention and all they did is confirm they were the size I ordered. I asked twice for an exchange or refund and was denied both times. They suggested I give them as a gift instead. I’m never ordering from an unknown vendor again. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen from Kindduckling.

This company is a scam! I ordered a shirt months ago and it has yet to arrive. The order number I was given tracked the package as coming out of Ireland and then it stopped moving in Missoula. After a few weeks of it not moving, I inquired about it. I was given a different tracking number from a different company that shows that it was shipped out of China and was in California. It has also stopped moving. Extremely shady! I haven't received any products or money back. Save your money. Don't order from them!

Clever Scammers
Don't be deceived - from payment to tracking all looks legit but its a SCAM from start to finish. Keep your hard earned money and DON'T buy off kind duckling.

Really looks like, they are fraudulent group, now would it be possible to get money back?

Well just as the posts on this board said. "Kind Duckling is a scam". Sadly they really are. I ordered two of their slim fit dress pants. Was supposed to have these discreet pockets for keys. Other than being black and blue ... They were nothing as described. Of course they went through the whole show that they looked and checked. But then ultimately confirmed that they would only refund $3USD.

Buyers beware ... Kind Duckling is a scam and the Duckling needs to be roasted!

This business is a total scam with fraudulent misrepresentation. I’ve never received my order from almost 2 months ago. They claim via their dishonest tracking and delivery that my order was delivered to my home and left outside my front door. I am a disabled retired, veteran physician and home 24/7 and my front door is checked daily for any and all deliveries.
To date, nothing has been delivered from this business.
Also, now they have not answered any further emails and have no tel # to call.
My only recourse now is to notify my credit card company to deny and reverse the charges for this fraudulent online purchase. I also want to warn all others to be aware of the scam this business is propagating.

Complete con, they sent me extra small size when I ordered large, I could not even get them over my head. I sent them a photo with a tape measure and they offered me a 7 $ refund on a 58 $ purchase, I paid through PayPal and they refunded me

STAY AWAY DO NOT BUY FROM KIND DUCKLING - This company is a complete joke. They have sent the wrong items, incorrect size. Refuse to replace what they have sent incorrectly and are offering a refund of $7 dollars for a purchase of over $150 US. They say they are California and UK based. They are in fact Chinese and ripping people off! just clearing their stock, sending you whatever they have and telling you to give it to someone else that it will fit!!

RUN AWAY...Total Scam...I was sent wrong size, they emailed me that a credit was issued...It never came...

Do not buy from this company.
They are scammers, they take your money and then send shirts that are nowhere near the size ordered from their own size guide, I even proved the size they sent was incorrect from what I ordered.
Not only that they say the correct size has been sent and you are stuck with it

Be careful when dealing with this company, if I could’ve given them zero stars I would’ve done. I ordered 2XL shirts and when they arrived weeks later they were tiny. I contacted the company to return them for a refund and they refused. Do not part with your money, you will not get it back if the products are unsuitable, or in my case, totally useless. If I had seen the reviews first I would not have lost my money.

Total scam. No return policy, shirts do not fit. Do not waste your time or your money!!!
