Another scam company that takes more than your invoice amount, and then refuses to cancel your order!

I spent £12.01 on their advert, (billed at $14.99) they then added $8.98 in ‘taxes’ and delivery, on what was a credit card sized item, which was advertised as free delivery.
I’ve now written SEVEN emails and two complaints including to PayPal who claim this ‘does not match their definition of a billing dispute’.

Apparently immediate cancellation, which I did’ does not protect you either. It wasn’t a lot of money to me, at just over £20, but please protect yourselves and don’t buy from these con artists!

Terrible company! Do not order from them. I also agree this is a scam site. I ordered on Jan 9th, 2022 and have yet to receive my item. The tracking number they provided can't be found on any carrier and the company is ignoring my request for an alternate item to be sent or a refund. I have reported this and asked Paypal to issue me a refund. Do not order from this scam site!

As of 4/6 now they are telling me that I must ship back to China and that it is expensive but thats is the only way I will receive my money back, no where in the website do say anything like this and I am still being blamed for the mistake. When the mistake is simply they do not fit. Do not by anything from this company. I putchased some shirts (3). They do not fit and they are not honoring their refund policy. Instead they are telling me that I should hift them to someone and I will not get my money back, stay away from this company and the quality of the shirts is not that good.... just a big ole hassle and I cant believe I am not getting my money back. The shirts do not fit so I just want my money back and I will send them back....

The sizing of the stretch shirt was incorrect. The advertise it wrongly....dont buy anything from this online store......its a scam

I bought two men’s linen shirts that were advertised on Instagram. Looked great and I even paid for express shipping.
I started to received 2 different tracking details - one showing a parcel coming from Sweden and then one showing a parcel coming from China. The China parcel arrived and the Swedish tracking appears to have been false.
I had bought one size up for a loose fit - when I opened the parcel i found very poor quality hard fabric product and so small to size I could not even get the shirt over my head. The size was barely a men’s large.
I contacted the seller which clearly is a front for a Chinese seller and no remorse for the poor sizing - never mind the terrible quality.
The only way to get a refund is to send the product back to China - which is not cheap. Given that the size issue is a manufacturing failure it is a shame the consumer is forced to pay for the Kind Duckling error in sizing. The very poor quality is of course another matter.
My recommendation is to stay well away from this seller.
What you see in the promotion is certainly not what is being sent. I was further conned by a tracking suggesting I was getting the product from Sweden which was not the case.
Poor inferior quality that is not even sized correctly.

As many others have written, this is a scam. Poor fitment and nothing like the add. Not even strech-able material.
I have thrown mine in the trash.

Do not buy.

Regardless if the company says they ship from USA. The clothes comes from China. Ive recieved two notices, in every status change of my parcel. One from the US and one from china.

This is a scammer, you will most likely never receive an item or if you do it will not be anything like what you ordered. After realizing this I immediately contacted paypal for a refund and was given it right away. If you do buy from them use paypal as you will be able to get a refund fairly easily if you do not receive exactly what you purchaed.

3 shirts, terrible quality, nothing like advert and sized completely wrong… they now will not take a return or issue a refund

Horrid company and service… shirts come from China so no way of following up

I order 2 shirts for 3 weeks ago And recieve the packet today . All okay but i was worried because i see the bad rating here on trustpilot . But i just can that i had a good service

Would not recommend this site which I was aware of through Facebook. When the two shirts i ordered arrived I was not happy with either the quality or the colours - this was without even opening the packets. Contacted the company about returning the items and I was told I would have to post them to China from the UK which would cost more than I paid for them. Decided to keep them and cut my losses but upon one wash at 40 degrees centigrade they shrank by at least 20% and are now unwearable.

WORST page ever. It takes 2 months till you get your Order. After receiving it, i was totally shocked. Wrong colour, worst quality Ever and it also as auch a bad smell 🤮🤮🤮
On the Page it says they are Taking Things Back. But as i wrote Them, That im absolutely Not okay with the order and want to take it Back, they just ignoring me. So unpolite!!

Ordered 4 shirts of the same size, got delivered different sizes and they still insist they got their delivery right.

I did receive my order and the shirts are quite nice - but made for Far Eastern body builds. According to their size chart I fit perfectly into a large. Following the online advice I ordered a size larger - xl- for a looser fit. When they arrived they are skin tight and unwearable. Despite the company’s claims of free returns and money back I got nowhere. This is a scam Chinese business. Do NOT use them

As with others, order placed on 4th Jan, tracking details show it in London on 2nd Feb but nothing since. To be honest I am unsure if it is a genuine tracking website. Tried contacting for refund multiple times and always met with "we are expediting your order with the courier". As of 17th March still nothing received, so have submitted a complaint to PayPal for a refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Scam, I placed an order, I received a wrong one and they insist that they shipped the correct one! They do not want to replace neither refund ! Their customer service is unprofessional ..... do not buy from them. Stay away and keep your money safe.

I too have been scammed by this company. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS WEBSITE.

Absolutely fraud company.. do not biy anything . I placed my order one month before and till date no update. Have contact their customer support team and they have similar responses evrytime. My money is gone i guess and i know the product will not be delivered. Pls do not buy and get stuck.

I placed an order on 01/08/22, its now 02/21/22. My tracking info states my order is in Manchester since 02/06/22, and still there as of today. I have contacted customer service and they tell me to be patient, because of Covid, blah, blah, blah... I am waiting on another reply now, but have little hope for a genuine answer. I have contacted PayPal to submit a complaint and to try and get my money back. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SANITY, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
