Very friendly and efficient workers fitting the door although the double glazing has a noticeable mark between the two pieces of glass.

Kindlelight made the whole window process very easy, they came promptly to quote ( gave me a price on the spot ), the surveyor was then very quick to measure up. The lead times were much quicker than other companies I contacted and the fitter was efficient and hard working. The price was also very competitive.

Very happy with my new door, excellent service from start to finish highly recommend.

Job was done quickly and efficiently. Installer was polite. All rubbish was taken away and area left tidy.

The initial visit made by Neal was very helpful with suggestions that helped us to fine the best possible replacement that suited the age of our property.
When it came to installation Joe was very good, he worked quickly and very well. Both members mentioned in the review are a credit to the company. We have not yet had a visitor who did not compliment the "new look" to the property since the installation of the door and surround.

This is the 4th time we've used Kindlelight at this house. This time it was to replace 7 upstairs windows. The job was done over 2 days, by a team of two. The mess and disturbance was minimal, including having to access a window above a corrugated plastic roof, and we are very pleased with the results.

All went smoothly. Only negative was that we agreed 9am with Max in the office but the installers apparently did not get told this, so arrived at 8.15am. We only just got up in time.

Three cheers for Kindlelight. They looked at the door, made measurements and in no time at all the door was replaced, any mess tidied up, and all is well. Thank you, Kindlelight, nice work.

Excellent communication, arrived on time and soffits and guttering completed to a high standard, cleaned up completely afterwards.

I cannot wait now for my new windows and doors

Excellent service and price, fitters were really professional and did a great job making sure that we were happy with everything thing that they did before they left the site. Make them regular cups of tea and they will do anything!!

On the whole; the Kindlelight team were fabulous and I am delighted with the work done. The Kindlelight team who completed the work arrived punctually, worked efficiently, were polite and friendly, highlighted issues and provided solutions. The work started when I expected and completed on schedule. So all in all perfectly satisfied. My experience would have been better if Kindlelight had better project management and integration with their sub contractors. Electrical work and plastering were part of the package and although both sub contractors used were excellent the tie-in and communication could be improved. For example the main works were completed on working day 7. My expectation would be that the sub contractors would then arrive on day 8. However, that was the day that Kindlelight started to organise the contractors to come. It was only a few days but it was not joined up thinking and led to the project being stalled. That being said, overall I am highly delighted and would certainly recommend Kindlelight.

Everything from the initial sales talk to the after sales service has been first rate. Kindlelight were recommended to me by a neighbour and now I understand why.

Kindlelight were responsive and helpful throughout. We were a bit taken aback by the price for our new front door but are delighted with it - installation was fast and excellent and it fitted perfectly. Can only recommend them

I rang to request a small repair to some guttering installed by Kindlelight about a year ago. Not only did they say, no problem thats FOC, but actually turned up that afternoon to do the job.

In this day and age it’s great to see that first class service still exists.

Needed an additional window in front of house to match others, quick to measure and survey, lead time 4 to 6 weeks but came early. Fitter David , so polite and efficient, a credit to your company

As one window in my flat had broken, I contacted Kindlelight. I sent two emails and called twice over a period of three/four weeks only then to be told essentially to naff off and find someone closer to where I lived. A little bit irritating given Kindlelight installed the windows in 2012 so, not overly impressed with their customer service.

Love my new doors and windows. Fitted very well by the Kindlelight team. Can't recommend them highly enough.
