Would absolutely recommend Kindly Loans. Ten out of ten. This was our first time taking out a loan and they were patient with our questions and informative with their answers. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and informed throughout the process. We sent the rate they quoted to multiple friends in the banking industry and all of them concluded the offer was very reasonable. Kindly Loans is very helpful and trustworthy!

Could not recommend more! We’ve been working with Drew and Jen for years. They helped us into our first townhome a few years ago and even worked to get us refinanced a year later when rates were super low! My husband and I didn’t have great credits when we initially bought our first home, but Drew worked his magic and got us the best rates he could. Pass forward to just last month, Drew and Jen helped us through another house buying process. This one even more seemless than the last. This was key to note that we were in the process of selling our townhouse when Jen/Drew got everything from initial to closing ready BEFORE we even close the sale of our townhome! They work fast and ensure you are ahead of the game every step of the way. Cannot recommend enough, especially in this market when competitions haven’t cooled enough. The whole Refinance was a mess with Kindly Loans.
Started my refinance at the end of August, and it just got finished at the end of November, so 3 months. They original promised under 20 days for the whole process.
Also they encourage me to pay 3grand for an appraisal after I had already paid $900. I had to fight to get them to choose a different appraisal company, but that took a month in itself. Also a week before signing they increased my closing costs by $4000 and said there was nothing they could do, it was just an unforeseen increase. I would have switched to a different company but it had already taken so long and we already paid for the appraisal I didn't want to start the whole process over.
It felt like a trick to me to get me to go with them. At the start of the whole process Kindly loans was about $3000 cheaper than other lenders I had talked to, which was why I chose them. In the end not only was it a fiasco I ended up paying $1000 more than with the competitors.
Never again!

Joe and Jennifer were awesome in helping me with my refinance! They were professional, helpful and very responsive from beginning to closing. I refinanced my mortgage during a really busy period of work (as I'm sure is true for a lot of folks) and these two were able to process documents outside of normal working hours to work with my schedule. They made the entire process super convenient and easy. I would highly recommend!
