It is very cute but it’s of no use now. I was not aware I had to put it together myself or I would not have ordered it. As I was putting together one side tore. So money wasted. But it’s is cute!

This product is a piece of junk. First, I ordered the large board and received a tiny one. Second, it’s so thin and flimsy. Third, because it’s so small it will be of no use to my grandson as he does not yet have the fine motor skills. I wouldn’t waste my money on this. I bet I never hear back from the company regarding a refund or sending me the correct size busy board. I’m extremely disappointed.

The bank comes in pieces that you have to put together, it is nearly impossible to put together without breaking, I bought 4, 3 of them broke at some point while attempting to put together, horrible design. Do not recommend and waste of money and ruined Christmas gifts.

I would give this review a 0 if I could. First, these come in pieces with no directions. The pieces are flimsy and of awful quality. Second, as you put them together, they begin splintering apart. The pieces do not fit correctly together after at least 10 minutes of effort. I wouldn’t pay $10 for this garbage product. I’m highly disappointed. DO NOT waste your money.

So sad I received my Grandson's gift and it easily btoke im trying to assemble it, definitely not what I was expecting.

I was very excited to get these for my grandchildren. They arrived quickly and I, though they are Christmas gifts, couldn't wait to put them together. There were NO instructions in either box so I was a bit taken aback. I was able to suss out the way to do it but the pieces aren't really stable once together. The completed backs are rather unstable and I can see they will quickly fall apart if given the jolting a 5 and 8 year old will undoubtedly give it. After adding superglue to the joining tabs it is not more stable.

I'm obsessed with my ornament. It's way better than I could imagine. The attention to details is great. And the order process was quite smooth.

Piggy bank came in paper thin pieces that had to be put together very cheap made not good quality at all and the puzzle was very thin and smaller then I thought…also I ordered a medium piggy bank but it’s very small pictures are false advertisement my advice is don’t waste your money

Don’t waste your money or time with this company. The web site says it is made of quality wood, well it is nothing more than upgraded cardboard. Very cheaply made and a very big disappointment. We ordered on Nov. 12 and received it Dec. 12. I would have rated this POS a minus 3 if it had that rating. A one is way too high for this piece of junk. After you get it put together there is no way to get the money back out unless you take it apart and then it will fall apart. I can’t stress enough about the poor quality of this bank. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! This company needs to go out of business for representing itself as quality materials. JUNK IS ABOUT THE BEST WAY OF DESCRIBING THIS POOR QUALITY POS!! I repeat DO NOT BUY THIS JUNK!

I ordered 3 ornaments and wrote the instructions for all 3 the same way. They misinterpreted 1 and will do nothing to rectify the problem. Terrible customer service.

The piggy bank is beautiful but one of my great niece named was spelled wrong. And because I sent them straight to my niece house. She sent a picture of it but I can’t send you a picture in your email. So send her the email address and she said it was not a big deal. But I think it was.

The quality of the piggy bank I ordered was terrible. It's basically cardboard and you have to put it together yourself. Unfortunately, the holes and pegs don't fit well together and it caused damage when I had to force them in. Very frustrating to pay $40 for something I probably could have made out of a cardboard box.

This company has 0 customer service despite claims of 24/7 service on their site. Received 2 emails about my order that was partially cancelled with no refund given and replied to both and have not received a response. Reached out to their email address on my billing statement and have not received a response.

Ordered 2 products. It came 3 weeks after order. It is now 2 months since my original order and have not recieved my 2nd product. After 5 emails and 3 calls with voice mails left, they still can not tell me what happened to it. I requested a refund. It is now 9 days since that and i had to email yet again asking the status just to be told there was a technical issue … was very hopeful as these products looked so cute online. However, very disappointed in the company its self and do not recommend

Ordered 3 items, I’m one never arrived and when requested to re send, got lost and never arrived. Quality of products received is terrible.
Won’t order again .

Lost a letter to a name puzzle and they were helpful with getting me a replacement. Good customer service.

I bought one of the name puzzles with zoo animals. I can't believe what a piece of ---- this product is. The puzzle pieces do not fit in the slots and it is so small. I paid $36 for something that should only cost $12 with how poor it is made.

I ordered 2 busy board and name puzzles on Nov 6th. I reached out 2 weeks later after still not having received the items to be told it was stuck in customs but being released shortly. Now that it is December 5th I reached out again only to be told that my order was lost in transit and offered a refund. Very disappointed and I didn’t want a refund.. I just wanted this gift for my baby for Christmas. I see I'm not the only person with this same issue. Sounds like a scam to me. Stay away !

I was excited to purchase these as gifts and bought 6 in total. I’m not at all happy with the quality of these for the expensive price I paid for each one. It feels fairly cheap and the stars do not slide/move easily along the track. The only thing I love are the vibrant colours. But with that being said, one of the boards I ordered in “Black Rose” was completely different from the pictures on the site and came with bright yellow and red beads Instead of the warm tan colours shown in the photos. Very disappointed as I thought I’d purchase from this site in the future and I definitely won’t now. Not worth it. Delivery also took much longer than the the 7-10 business days. Hopefully customer service will reach out.

The puzzle that I ordered to give as a gift appeared to be much larger in the photos on the site, (no measurements were listed on the site). The puzzle board is thin and flimsy and the puzzle looks like a mini puzzle, nothing like the photos on the site. When I put the puzzle on the stand, the letters fell out. This product is so cheaply made that I would be embarrassed to give it as gift. I wrote several emails offering to return the puzzle for a refund. None of the responses for the company took any responsibility for the deceptive advertising and no offer was made to rectify the situation. Kindletoys was the worst company I ever dealt with for an on line purchase. Would never order from them again.
