Disappointed
I’m afraid I’m still waiting for my order. I’ve emailed to enquire but had no reply. It’s been 8 days from placing the order and 6 days from getting an email to say the order was shipped and I can track it. However, no delivery has arrived, there’s nothing on the order information to say who the carrier is or how to track it. And the order states I’ve paid for next day delivery! I’m sympathetic to difficult times caused by Covid, but that needs to be communicated. Any communication about the order would be good. I’m disappointed.

Perfect in an Ooni karu
Use the wood in my ooni pizza oven, started off chopping logs myself but kindwood is 100 times more convenient. Searched the internet for ages trying to find proper kiln dried hardwood small enough and this is the only place. Surprised at quick delivery and the wood is near smoke free. Highly reccomend

Thanks for your review. I've taken a look at your order, and you placed a pre-order for the Swedish Torch Log. Pre-orders are being delivered between 7th-11th August 2020. This will explain why your order hasn't arrived yet.
Regards to the email error, our fulfilment software experienced a glitch setting all pre-orders to fulfilled. This has since been fixed.

Excellent all round
Super fast delivery and great products. The firelighters in particular are excellent. Love the fact the logs are packed in reusable crates too. When I contacted them with a question about my order Lily was really helpful and responded almost instantly. Will definitely order again.
