Fantastic products and Service!
Holy Smokes! Ordered the Oak Kindling and Natural Firelighters to use in a Kelly Kettle on my allotment. The quality of both is fantastic and I have used significantly less fuel cooking my dinner than I would have done using the standard ‘garage’ kindling. No nasty smell (just what you want when cooking food) and very little smoke. The customer service is excellent and delivery is lightening fast! Almost as fast as how quick getting and keeping a fire going is with these high quality products!

Great quality product, website could be clearer about volumes

Firewood is no doubt of excellent quality and the apple crate is great, but one issue with overall experience:
- the firewood was at least 2 inches from the top of the crate (so more like 50×40×23cm rather than 50x40x30), so some way off the stated volume online (0.046 vs 0.06m3). Although dimensions correctly refer to the crate and the length of logs is provided, the volume stated could be clearer.

Firstly, thank you for your kind words about the quality of our wood.
Addressing the 'plastic' wrap. We use a wrap which is made from sugar cane, manufactured in a 100% renewable factory. It is 100% recyclable and biodegradable. This is explained here: https://kindwood.co.uk/blogs/news/packaging-and-transportation-loud-and-clear — However, you might be glad to know, we are currently in the process of changing this to cardboard boxes.
The dimensions on the website are correct. It states the dimensions of the crate, not the wood, and just below you can see the size of the logs. Refer to "Log Length" & "Log diameter".
We apologies for any misunderstandings and we hope we can change your mind in the future about the experience.
