Fantastic service from Kinetic on sale of my property. From my initial call, my house was soon valued and professional pictures were taken and the property on the market within days. Fantastic progression work from Nina and Jo who arranged and followed up viewings, and also chased solicitors regularly who were a little on the slow side getting toward completion

We recently moved house and both our buyer and seller used Kinetic. Jo @ Kinetic was really helpful, professional and provided great comms between all parties. If you are looking for a local estate agent in the Lincoln area we would highly recommend.

A modern, clean tidy office with very easy access. Enquiries were dealt with promptly, all staff members very pleasant and nicely presented.
One particular member of staff came through for me every time I asked for advice or information, and in a very timely fashion. I know at the end of the day the success of a business is not just down to one person it’s down to team work, but it’s having an exceptional leader that holds everything together and who makes sure the job gets done, which is a rarity, this person, did this, one hundred percent, nothing was too much trouble. I genuinely cannot reccommend Kinetic enough! Customer service was fantastic right from the start. Matt was fantastic at helping us get on the market and then Jo was amazing at keeping us informed along the way and chasing all solicitors. We will definitely be using them in the (hopefully very distant) future!!

Brought a property through kinetic Estate agents and it was a fantastic journey to go through. From the word go Jo was on the ball making sure everything was in place for us the buyers and was really helpful and professional. We encountered a few issues along the line with the sellers solicitors but Jo was on the case communicating between our solicitors and the sellers solicitors, she didn't take her eye off the ball once and I'm shocked how much commitment she put into it all .
If we ever decide to sell and buy again I will be straight onto kinetic to take care of everything

Nina who I dealt with was great and I always got a response to an email within a couple of hours and she was always happy to solve a query I had. Absolutly Brilliant. Had a lot of help from Jo. Moved back to Lincoln from Shropshire. Stressfull at times. Jo chased, pushed and we finally move in to our new home in a few days after 2 weeks in a hotel due to major mess up.
