We were incredibly fortunate to have the superb team at Kinetic Estate Agents on our side during our recent house sale and purchase. Owing to the actions of others, it was not an easy process but Jo, George and Matt helped us over the hurdles thrown in our path along the way. Our first contact with Kinetic was Matt, whose valuation proved to be most accurate of the three we obtained. The lower valuations of the other two agents (one local and one online) would have lost us thousands if we had settled for them. George took over and negotiated an excellent deal for us and Jo put her skills to full use to prevent the sale falling through when impatience took hold of some members of the chain.
