We recently purchased our property with Kinetic Estate Agents and we found our experience extremely good with great communication from Jo, who helped chase and answered every question we had promptly. We would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy through Kinetic Estate Agents.

Professional, efficient and friendly service from start to finish. Communication was regular, solicitors were chased up, everything was dealt with swiftly and effectively making the whole process very easy for us.

Nina was extremely helpful the entire time; the sale went on a lot longer than expected however I was constantly kept in the loop and Nina was frequently enquiring with solicitors to ensure the completion went through before my offer expired.

I have recently bought a house that was being sold by Kinetic Estate agents. Although I was not directly their client (seller's estate agent choice) Kinetic were absolutely impeccable. Jo, Nina and Chloe were fantastic and I genuinely could not have asked for any more, always answering emails in a timely manner, always phoned back if they said they would,kept me informed throughout the process and constantly chasing my solicitor and the seller's solicitor to get the sale through. Always polite and professional and willing to lend a listening ear when I was stressed out with the sale. Thank you so much Kinetic. So happy to be in my new home. I would highly recommend kinetic estate agents to anyone Jo was so helpful and went above and beyond for us she is absolutely amazing at her job. We cannot thank her and the team enough for everything they did for us in the 7 months it took for us to get the house and even after we got the keys when we had an issue Jo resolved it straight away. Wow what a great team, if you are wondering if to sell your house either with an on line company or Kinetic, use Kinetic, they have been excellent from start to finish. They sold my house within a few days of listing, got a really good price for it and completed the sale in less than 3 months, despite a problem the buyer had. Not sure an on-line company could have done this. I have been dealing with Jo mostly, she is very efficient, I didn't need to phone the office once as she was always one step ahead and called me with updates, big thank you to all the team.

Chloe was excellent on the viewings and Jo has been a pleasure to deal with as she progressed both my purchases through in a quick time frame and ensured there was a clear communication between me & the seller at all times.
If all estate agents had someone like Jo, the property buying/selling experience would be much less stressful for all involved.

We had a great experience with Kinetic. Matt was informative and friendly with valuation and taking the photos of the house. Chloe was very helpful with booking and completing viewings. Jo then got us through our sale. She continuously helped my partner and I to stay calm through what was a very stressful process. Prompt with her responses to emails and would be available for help and advice over the phone.
I do not want to sell or buy a house for a very long time, I can’t cope with the stress. But if I ever do in future I would definitely choose Kinetic.

I’ve moved house four times and this is the first time I used Kinetic. I would never use anyone else now. From the valuation visit to the completion of my sale, they remained professional, friendly, proactive and supportive throughout. Ours was a long-winded process but Jo and the team did everything they could to move it along and every time I contacted them they knew exactly what was going on and what they needed to do to help. From start to finish I have been nothing but impressed by the service provided by Kinetic. From my initial appointment with Matt, through to dealing with Jo and the staff in the office, they have all been amazing.
It is easy to see why they sell so many properties - it’s most definitely the friendly, honest and transparent service. Kinetic managed to get me a buyer within 48 hours on a street where it normally takes on average 8-12 weeks to sell. They are certainly doing something right!
It is easy to see why chains collapse; most solicitors are overworked (or just useless) and this really does need someone to push things along. The progression and chasing of my sale, provided by Jo, has been excellent and I very much doubt it would have happened this side of Christmas if it wasn’t for her persistence and thoroughness in ensuring things get done. Even when things have got challenging with the transaction Jo and the team have gone the extra mile to listen to concerns and escalate wherever possible.
For someone who is particularly hard to please I am super impressed and it’s clear they put all the other agents in Lincoln to shame!

Instructed Kinetic in the sale of my property. Very professional from start to finish, responsive to my questions and with feedback from all viewings. With a buyer found quickly, Jo was then very tenacious in chasing up their solicitor to ensure the transaction progressed to completion. This took 3 months in all but would have been longer if Jo wasn’t proactively managing the sale.
