In all honesty, we chose Mike because we were under a lot of time pressure and he was the first available surveyor we could find. We were even a little bit skeptical about him being available so quickly to do our survey.

Amazing experience with Mike. He answered all of my questions both before and after the survey. Unfortunately our house purchase fell through but the survey was invaluable.
