Great service! Would highly recommend. Received many quotes from different companies and although Mason wright were not the cheapest, after speaking with their admin team I was very happy with their professionalism and was fully reassured in their quality of service. After booking my survey i was kept updated and received a very detailed report as promised on time. Would happily use again and recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional survey.

After looking around for a surveyor and speaking to a few companies we decided upon Mason Wright Associates as they were extremely friendly and reassuring in their professionalism and expertise.

Terrible survey. Did not address VISIBLE issues on a level 2 RICS. When asking for follow up information they were non responsive. Complaints procedure is a joke and written so you cannot complain and it’s not worth your time.

I would highly recommend Mason Wright Associates. We had a survey carried out recently which showed a damp problem in the property. After discussing this with our surveyor, who called us the evening after we received the report, my husband and I decided not to go ahead with the purchase. Highly Recommended. As a 1st time buyer of an older, large, not great, condition house, I didn’t know what to expect.
What I got.. prompt service, good explanation of survey cost (due to extension and large attic conversion..slightly higher than quoted, which I realised) good turnaround, had very comprehensive report 5 days later. Yes, I needed help to understand this and the surveyor was very patient with me.
Couldn’t fault for service and report quality.

I have just purchased my first home and found Mason Wright Associates, a local surveyors in my area. From start to finish they were professional the communication from them was superb. They answered all my questions and made the process really easy. I received my report as promised after 5 working days.
