Scam artist employees working in Merton!
Claimed to work for The Environment Agency when I, a lone female, approached him for help on Bank Holiday Monday. At the end of our conversation, he offered to take my details so that the "Environment Agency" could contact me about my issue. I thanked him and gave him my details. Unfortunately, he then chose to issue me a Fixed Penalty Notice, falsely claiming to have witnessed my dog defecating and me not cleaning it up. I only discovered this yesterday, over 2 weeks later, when I received a reminder notice for payment from Merton Council! I initially thought it was a scam and was going to ignore it, then I looked into it and realised it was genuine. Needless to say, I am furious to have been taken advantage of by a man representing Kingdom & Merton Council, in a uniform, misrepresenting himself as an Environment Agency employee & obtaining my personal details by deception. I can't imagine not winning my appeal as there can be no proof of what I have been accused of because it didn't happen, but, if they decide to pursue me, I would rather fight the FPN in court than pay a single penny for something I didn't do.
Unfortunately, since speaking to other locals, I have found out these tactics are commonplace and many others have had similar experiences with Kingdom/Merton Council employees, so it seems to be a cultural issue within the company to scam people and issue FPNs illegally.

I have given Kingdom Services a 2.5 out of five. I am a employee who worked for them in 2022. First I will start with the good points. My manager was nice and my pay was on time and the client is very nice to work for. Onboarding process was simple and the uniform is OK.

The bad points: I worked hard for Kingdom for 1 year and 2months. In this time I earned them more hours in the store, I was catching a large number of shoplifters and was appreciated by the client. Manager always refused a pay rise. Wouldn't even give me a training course or any reward. There was no incentive to perform higher. If you look on Indeed, store hours are usually 6-8 hrs only, this is because their hours are being cut due to bad guarding performance.

Areas for improvement: Provide rewards for good officers, you need them. We have careers as well. You want people who want careers with Kingdom, but never provide any access to proper development. I never learned anything from your managers, as i suspect they can't do the job. Profit is often placed over people. Your company reported a large profit, but constantly tell guards you don't have the money for pay rises.

These guys collared me coming out of a shop and accused me of urinating in a public place!
I was aggressively approached by 4 of them in plain clothes, shown no ID and accused on the spot..... I told them it was rubbish and what evidence they had and all they could say is a witness statement was given! Completely false obviously...... I was smoking a cigarette when I left the station which I put in a public bin before going into the shop...... they then asked where I had but my cigarette but so they clearly weren't watching anything I was doing and were just opportunists looking to force an admission of guilt which they did not get as did nothing wrong! Have now recieved a fine for 100£ ! I know I did nothing wrong and there is no proof at all..
Will take to the council tomorrow and report this scam private company as seen most councils have cut them away for fraudulent issues of fines and its a competition for them to issue fines to vonerable people...... scum

Have accused me of littering. Completely ruined my bank Holiday for the coronation. Just going to be in bed all bank Holiday with anxiety, worrying. I feel sick and upset from the letter. Was sent a PNC penalty notice letter for littering a cardboard box with my name on which I placed inside a recycling bin outside my block of flats. Somebody has clearly taken it out of the bin and used it for their own rubbish then left it on the side. Or possibly one of the caretakers. Luckily my housing association have cctv but as Ive just received the letter on a Friday evening I can't contact anyone to put my mind at rest so now got to wait until Tuesday. Why did they not check cctv before issuing me with the letter?
We have two cameras by the bins purposely to catch people dumping litter, which I am paying for out of my service charge per month. Go figure!
I have never committed an offence. Worrying, what about if the housing can't help and also having to find a suitable solicitor that will help retrieve the video footage from the housing association within a week as I want this sorted ASAP. I can't risk having a fine because of the type of work I do. I don't care about money, it's the being wrongly accused, the stress of it affecting my work and knowing that the person who moved my box gets off scott free. Just hope everyones bank Holiday is better than mine. I can't even sleep because of it.

Just an update today. They've responded saying that it's my responsibility to ensure my waste is stored correctly. - but I did I placed my cardboard in the recycling bin correctly, and closed the lid? I know they haven't looked at cctv cause I spoke with the housing. Someone has taken it out. Now I have to go to magestrates court. Guess what another bank holiday and more stress and anxiety I'm so upset.

If I could I would give 0 stars Mr Hussain security badge number 1084540031451992 is not only a bully but a racist, I was doing a weekly shop at the Morrison supermarket in the riding shopping centre Wakefield, after paying I noticed him standing over me, as I went to leave he stood in front of me in my personal space, I’m only 5 ft he’s over 6 ft, told me I’d been putting stuff in my bag an hed seen me after pointing out he was at the other doors he changed his story to a shop girl, I asked to see the security footage of me stealing he answered I DONT NEED TO I then asked for his badge number an name he turned his ID an after 4 requests I got the manager an he again said HE’D seen me stealing at this point my bag was searched an they only things in it were sainsburys items, the manager said none are from us, I showed my receipt an it was proven he was lying, as I left the shop he said to another Asian guard WELL ITS WHITE GIRLS INIT THERE ONLY GOOD FOR ONE THING then laughed! This is disgusting behaviour an I honestly wouldn’t use this firm but if you have no choice request he isn’t sent to you!
Like with anything you get what you pay for, there is a reason that kingdom are one of the cheapest 🤷🏻‍♀️

I recently signed up to this agency to work for HWRC (the tip ) for a future career a really helpful Lady kasher very helpful give me work and I’ve ended up getting a cotract with Suez thanks to the agency I am very thankful I wish the agency the very best very impressed

This post is solely about Kingdom Fixed Penalty Services for local councils. Nothing to do with any security services for separate businesses that they might provide.

I Have an ongoing shameful issue with how FPN’s are applied by this contractor to citizens of this country on behalf of local councils and they communicate as if they are local council employees.

I am hoping some ex employees of Kingdom FPN services can come forward from here and share any training that is given and any remuneration and targets given for the issuing of FPN to individuals.

If like me you are reading this and are a citizen affected by a FPN outsourced by your local council then do please write and complain to them. Citizens need to be given the opportunity to do the right thing before being issued with excessive fines for the profits of a commercial enterprise . A “pay or else” solution should never replace a “pick up or else” solution that used to exist in good times of decency across the country .

I met someone from kingdom security. Royal berks hospital, I am surprised if he has passed any personality profiling exams. No licence on his arm and clearly should not be working in the accident and emergency area.

He was a real goon just waiting for something to kick off. I looked at him and he said I was eyeballing him. Uncomfortable feeling.

Made me very uncomfortable. I left a&e because I did not feel safe. He was a young Wesley snipe lookalike. I really wanted help and needed medical advice and help but could not stay there.

Jamie and his team are fantastic, very conscientious, go above and beyond to help.

Well where to begin???? Easily the 2nd worst company I have ever worked for... don't pay advertised rates and contract is bogus as nobody has hours or placement of work attached to it even though a stated site is quoted on indeed as is pay rate. Security department is great and ops manager is an amazing fella but the retail department, well.... honestly if you want to be screwed over from day one and lied to constantly then by all means go for their positions but be warned, don't take my word for it.... go work for them and find out for yourself, I'm just placing my experience and only 6 weeks in to the position and leaving as are others including senior ops managers.

As a main contractor we have employed Kingdom to manage our Security, site access and cleaning. We've always received great service and the whole team will react to help support our projects.
Being a good company is not always about just saying yes when the customer asks, we know when we speak to Kingdom we'll get an honest answer, sometimes that might be a no, but if that's the truth, it's the right answer. No hesitation in recommending them.

We've worked with Kingdom for the last three years for various guarding duties at the Port of Inverness. We've found them to be excellent in all respects. Jamie Graham works tirelessly to provide solutions, sometimes at short notice and is a pleasure to work with. Staff provided have been reliable and knowledgeable.
I'd have no hesitation recommending Kingdom to to others.

We have been working with Kingdom/LA Support for almost 5 years and the service has been excellent. The officers and team leader are able to assist with a wide range of issues and maintain a professional standard with members of the public. The management team are always willing to help and are very approachable and forthcoming with suggestions and support.

Residents love it when he on duty because he takes his role seriously

The Malls Shopping Centre has had Kingdom Security for many years now. The Team is very site specific and we have always had a great working relationship.
Paul is doing a good job during very difficult times, with CV-19.
