Lovely apartment in a great location, me and my family decided to go to Blackpool for the night to see the illuminations, when scrolling through booking.com for accommodation we came across the sloane apartment at ocean view. The apartment was refurbished to a great standard, very spacious and well looked after. The check in and out process was really easy and seamless and was a steal for the price. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone thinking of visiting Blackpool

Lovely apartment in a convenient location. I stayed here with my friends and was pleasantly surprised at how nice the apartment was. Everything we needed was available and the check in and out process was seamless.

It was clean and tidy, with a lovely kitchen/dining area. Cooking facilities were good and made for an enjoyable dinner before our night out.

I’ve stayed in other places in Blackpool and this is the one I’ve enjoyed the most.

We are a group of 5 people and we took 2 two holiday apartments of Kingdom Lodgings at 25-27 Bank street as our accomodation for the entire month of October, 23.
We were here for our PLAB-2 exam and this place felt as home when we were miles away from our actual home.
These apartments have all the basic necessities that you can need for a comfortable stay whether long or short. The owners are extremely accommodating, helpful and sweet.
Will recommend everyone who comes to Blackpool to stay in this accommodation.

Absolutely filthy, the hallway to the apartment is disgusting was really scared to actually walk through it. Would not pay £1 to stay here!

Where to start, in the bed there was blood and urine stains on the sheets. There was long dark hairs on the pillows and spiders crawling in the bed. The sockets in the bedroom was damaged and didn’t work. The kitchen was infested with insects which looked like midges. I have been bitten on my ankle by some sort of insect. The terrace had broken glass all over and was over looked by the upstairs apartment. There was a smashed mirror in the living area. The cutlery was filthy. The sink in the kitchen had a note saying “do not use, blocked” and smelt like sewage. The sofa bed was all slashed and crumbs all over the back of it. Looked like poo stains on the curtain.
We also found out that the keys opened and unlocked all apartments as we was told our apartment was on the top floor by a man who did not introduce himself.
They claimed there was on street parking but you could only stay 30 minutes 9am-5pm.
Customer service AWFUL! They told us to go to the local Tesco and get our own bedding and sheets. They threatened us when we left a bad review on their Facebook. They also falsely accused us of being under the influence which was not true proven by the fact we drove 2 hours home the same night as the apartment was not sleep-able.

Apartment clean and comfortable. We will stay again when in Blackpool next.

Couldn’t ask for a better service

We are regular visitors to the area and only recently discovered Kingdom, the properties are well places and very clean.

All in all a seamless and enjoyable experience!

Great experience all the way though, apartment was lovely and clean, easy check in and the hosts were very friendly. Definitely recommend to others and will be staying again

Just wanted to leave a quick review for Kingdom Lodgings in Blackpool. The boys loved staying in your apartment. Fantastic view, and beverages right on the doorstep..proper job.
No issues with payments, everything went smoothly.
Apartment was clean and perfect for what we needed.
Not bad priced either for the quality.
Ive stayed in some right s**tholes in Blackpool, it was nice to stay in somewhere proper.

We had a fantastic time staying at one of kingdom lodgings apartments. The apartment was easy to find, it looked amazing when we walked in, and we praised the company for hosting such a clean and modern apartment for me and my family. They made our trip to Blackpool very enjoyable. Would definitely recommend

Rent from this company for a couple of months and when they had to return the deposit, they got lost! Stealing from people! Do not trust them!

I’ve just been scammed over a thousand pounds by this crooked accommodation company operating under the name Salt Houses # 13 in Blackpool. Parent Company is Kingdom Lodgings Limited

I’d booked and paid for a holiday in October 2022. Suddenly, out of the blue Kingdom Lodgings informed me that they could no longer accommodate me at the location I wanted and I’d have to relocate elsewhere/browse their site and choose different accommodation.

I refused to go through this selecting/booking process so I cancelled the holiday. The SCAMMERS are now REFUSING to refund my money. Avoid them like the plague. They are crooks.
