Russell was incredibly informative and patient, taking me, as a first time buyer, through every step of the process and was always available to explain things in detail over the phone, answer my questions, and offer sound advice. Russell was so helpful. After I explained my situation and what I wanted to acheive he went through several likely options along with pros and cons of each. First lender did not respond as planned, so he reworked the proposal and got us there in the end. I will be using Kingdom to remortgage next time, thanks.
