We honestly can't thank Kingdom Removals enough. If we could give more than 5 stars we absolutely would! After being completely let down by a well-known company in the middle of moving day, we were left in total panic mode trying to figure out what to do. We called Kingdom Removals, and from the very first conversation, Craig was absolutely brilliant — he was at our house in under 10 minutes (!), gave us a quote on the spot, and within no time had two vans and a cracking team ready to help us move.

Despite the long distance between our old and new home (over an hour and a half drive), nothing was too much trouble for them. The team were incredibly professional, worked so hard, and honestly didn’t stop the entire day. They moved quickly, efficiently, and somehow made what started as a nightmare of a day feel completely manageable.

They genuinely saved the day and we wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend them to anyone needing a reliable, hardworking, and professional removals company.

Cannot rate Kingdom removals highly enough. Craig responded quickly to all our questions. Gave us a good price with no extra cost if there was any delays on the day. The two guys who came phoned when they were slightly late due to a traffic accident. Very hardworking and courteous throughout the move.

An exceptional service from all. Craig was so helpful and prompt from my initial contact and right through until my furniture arrived. Richard and Ali left at the crack of dawn for a 4 hour drive and back again. Due to the sentimental reasons for this move, they were respectful and kind and put me at total ease. This was my second time using Kingdom Removals and wouldn't go anywhere else! Craig was great from the start coming to check what would be getting collected and the fact they needed to go to 2 locations to collect my stuff this wasn't an issue.

On the day of the move the removal guys arrived and where great even going to the storage unit without me needing to go which was great, they got everything into my new place and where very friendly making sure I was not so stressed during the whole thing. 10/10 service! Will be booking again if I need to move.

Kingdom removals recently helped with our move in Edinburgh and we couldn’t have asked for a smoother, hassle free experience.

Moving is stressful !, I was let down badly by anyvan . From the moment of contact with Kingdom, they took control of my problem, which was to move left behind house contents the very next morning. If storage was necessary then that was available.
They loaded all boxes from A to B put each box or item into the correct rooms. Very good personal service !! Robert

Amazing, leave it to the professionals they say and wow Adam and Richard were certainly that. The morning was so stress free as the guys just handled everything at either end of the house move. Text sent first thing to say estimated arrival, then text 15 min before arrival. We didn’t get into our new property until 2.30pm and it was not a hassle, no worries was the reply, we are here ready for when you do. Just helped relax our day. Couldn’t even make the guys a proper coffee as packed the sugar…sorry guys.

Craig was great when I first got in-touch, we did a video call around the house, within a day Laura had sent an email with quotation. Quote was a little more than others we had, but due to reviews we read, and Craig’s response to everything I asked and how he made us feel at ease I knew this was who to book.

Craig and his team from the very first contact were friendly, helpful and above all professional in organising and carrying out our move from Edinburgh to Yorkshire.

Adam, Richard, Reece, Kieran and Doodle went above and beyond on day one with packing our property in Edinburgh and then on moving day itself. They were reassuring and understanding during a very stressful time. Could not have asked for a better team of movers.

Would highly recommend Craig and his team to anyone planning move, be it local or UK wide. We felt really lucky to have them on our side.

From the first contact with Craig, it was a great experience. Craig came round the next day to provide the quote, which was very reasonable. With a very short notice he was able to juggle things around to ensure I got the moving date I needed. The guys on the day were all extremely professional and put in a huge day's graft to move a whole household and a storage unit to my new address. They made an extremely stressful day, a lot more palatable. Definitely would use them again and do reccomend them to anyone moving. 5*

What can I say…. the most polite, courteous, patient and efficient group of guys led by the delightful Welsh dragon, Adam. Nothing was too much trouble and they went over and above my expectations. Would most definitely recommend!

I phoned Kingdome removals for emergency help with moving, Craig was super lovely and helpful while on the phone and the guys that came were an absolute god send. I can't thank the guys enough for everything they've done for me and my family. Incredibly friendly, supportive and sympathetic to my situation. They remained in communication the whole time. During such a stressful time the guys really made the whole thing alot less stressful. I highly recommend this company.

Great experience would highly recommend using these guys! Tam and Tyler were both very quick, effective and good at communicating and keeping us all calm throughout a stressful move!
They went above and beyond ensuring the furniture was all placed exactly where we wanted it and were happy to help. Would definitely use again and will be giving the details to all friends who are moving!
