From my first contact with Craig to the removals team arriving on site and Adam saying we’ve got you I have to say all of my dealings with Kingdom Removals have been extremely positive. Never could you meet a more friendly and hard working bunch of people who did everything in their power to take the stress out of moving house. I can’t recommend them enough I certainly wouldn’t use any other company. Thank you to all of the team who turned what could have been a tense day into making it the easiest and most enjoyable experience I have had moving house.

You guys were absolutely fantastic!
Craig was so helpful and friendly from the first day looking for a quote till the day before move. Always quick to respond to any queries we had and even though our first planned pick up had to be cancelled (solicitors problems) he was very understanding and new date was rearranged very quickly.
Craigs team arrived bang on time that morning. Very friendly and were so quick and efficient at loading van. Arrival was perfectly timed through communication and was very quickly unloaded from van.
Thank goodness there were 2 lifts for guys to use as my daughters flat was on 6 th floor!
These guys never stopped!
All round, great experience which made the move less stressful on the day. 🙏

I recently moved from Edinburgh to London and due to secruing a place in London very last minute, was on a very restricted schedule for the move.

Kingdom Removals have been extraordinary in accommodating the pick up and delivery times to my needs. Craig has been very responsive throughout the process and swiftly addressed all my concerns. Kingdom Removals offered the best quote compared to other removal companies for the same move and have offered an outstanding service. Tam was very kind and unloaded everything within a short period of time, making the move very comfortable and stress free for me.

With this being my first big move, I was a little anxious about the many things that were in play and needed to be done. The guys from Kingdom Removals did a stand-up job of relieving my worries; experienced, insightful, and ready to ask any questions I had, I was confident the experience was to be positive from the start.

Quoted a more than fair price compared to services from other companies that I viewed to offer similar a quality in services, choosing Kingdom Removals was a no brainer.

With them packing my two-bedroom flat into the van within just two hours, I had plenty of time to clean and sort out what I needed to before leaving.

Upon arrival, everything was unloaded sharply and assembled in the correct manner.

Although, there was one hiccup: my TV was dropped. Now, saying this, it may come as a surprise that I have rated the experience as five stars; it is not often that damage to an item as important and costly as a television makes one look at a service positively, granted. However, it was the service afterwards that made me so content. The employee was extremely apologetic and even offered to pay for the television himself. Further, Craig and Laura were extremely responsive, making sure we explored multiple avenues for correcting what went wrong. Ultimately, I had the money in my bank account for a replacement in less than five hours. Although one wishes it were not the case, unfortunately, damage to items in removal processes is bound to happen. Off the back of that, one naturally wants a service that ensures you have protection and avenues for replacement for the items you care about. I was provided exactly that.

Overall, if you are looking for a removal team, don't hesitate to choose Kingdom Removals. The team and care are second to none.

Brilliant service! They took the stress out of a huge 1 bed flat move from London to Edinburgh. We ended up having almost double the amount of boxes quoted and they had no problem packing them. Also had a very fragile keyboard and TV which they handled with care. They were flexible around arrival and gave us plenty of time to pick up the keys.

They helped me out on the day when another company didn't turn up for the job. They were very helpful and efficient and charged me less than most of the quotes I got when originally looking months before. Would definitely recommend.

I can’t recommend Kingdom Removals highly enough. I moved from London to Edinburgh and every aspect of the service was great.

During the organisation of the move Craig was extremely responsive, with calls, texts and emails. And he managed to work out a competitive price on a convenient date.

On the day itself Richard, Tam and Adam were outstanding. They turned up bang on time, loaded the stuff in a flash while handling my belongings with care. They were in constant contact during the day, and even tipped me off that my flight was disrupted! When this meant I needed to rearrange delivery to later in the evening they accommodated me with no fuss, drafting in a colleague at short notice to help.

Don’t bother looking around any further, use these guys.

Kingdom removals did a great job. They came out to quote in person and gave tips on packing. They were quick to respond to calls and emails. They turned up on time and carefully and efficiently loaded and unloaded out worldly belongings. The 3 man crew were friendly and polite the whole way through. I would happily both use them again and recommend them.

Absolutely astounded by the service provided. The men were friendly, professional and went over and beyond. They fixed my daughters broken ottoman bed and also re built the trampoline. Couldn't have asked for a better service. Thank you so much.

From our first contact with Craig to enquire about a quote to our experience on the moving days and beyond, the team at Kingdom Removals were efficient and professional and quite frankly, exceeded our expectations at every turn. Craig responded to my request for a quote really speedily and during the video survey of our house, he clearly knew his stuff. Communication with him and his team was always quick, clear, helpful and professional.
Richard, Tam and Noodles made the journey to London, texted us early on the morning of the move to confirm arrival time, and then packed up our house expertly and were courteous, fun and helped make what could have been an incredibly stressful day much less so. Nothing was a bother to them and nothing was too much trouble. They worked incredibly hard packing up a huge amount of stuff and moving the heaviest and most awkward bits of furniture and did it all cheerfully and with good humour. Top class guys. It was a pleasure to have them around.
They drove into the wee hours to get our stuff to Scotland and let us know that they'd arrived safely.
Moving is a really stressful time but Kingdom did everything possible to make it less so. We can't recommend them highly enough. Absolutely brilliant. Thank you.

Thank you Craig for another outstanding job completed. We used Kingdom removals to move us from the Midlands to Scotland. They moved us down south 7 years ago which is why we did not hesitate to use them again. Great to see some of the same guys, well done Craig in building and keeping a great squad. We wish them all well. They also moved our son to Glasgow which was another 5 star job. The team, Paul, Richard, Adam and Noodles are so professional, cheerful and nothing was too much trouble, such as lifting our heavy furniture up 2 flights of stairs. Took great care of our belongings and my wife said she had not met a more respectful, courteous and happy team. Thank you guys. Great price, great communication and trustworthy. Spoke to Craig over the phone and gave me great advice - would highly recommend.

We moved over 2 days, from Edinburgh to the Scottish Borders.

I obtained quotes from 3 companies. Kingdom Removals were slightly more expensive than the cheapest but around 30% cheaper than the most expensive.

Two things helped me make up my mind: reviews on here and elsewhere and also talking to Craig at Kingdom. He was interested, clearly knew his stuff and comprehensive with his questions.

There were 3 weeks between agreeing to a contract and the actual removal. In which time the pessimist in me thought that something would go wrong, despite talking to Craig and the constantly excellent reviews. I couldn't have been more wrong - the removals team turned up a few minutes before the quoted time window - which saved us a couple of hours of worry - and from the first moments put our minds at ease. They were very careful with all our belongings, genuinely polite and hard working. They had all our stuff loaded and away in next to no time - no mean feat when we were in a third floor Victorian apartment with no lift.

Yesterday it was all unloaded at our new home, everything was as good as new, all our delicate items were perfect and again, everything delivered with the utmost care.

I've always tried to leave as honest a review as possible, wether it be good or bad. I can't stress how good these guys are.

I didn’t use their moving service because the available time slot doesn’t fit into my schedule, however, the contact with them was a bit off. My first email was from Craig and that seems to be very warm and welcoming. But in our further conversation I start to see phrases like “wat your moving”, “pik up” or “okay doke good luck”. That sounds very unprofessional, and I’m not sure who was that from, as I didn’t see a name attached to those further emails. Is that the same Craig from the first email? (I will be shocked if that’s the same person) If no then please bring Craig back. I’m so sure they have the service quality that they could be proud of, but problem like this can sometimes scare customer away.

First class service from Paul and Richard this morning. Extremely kind, friendly, supportive and professional. From my first contact with Craig, the customer service has been outstanding. The guys got my move done at lightning speed! They were very considerate too. It’s made a stressful situation a very happy one. A massive thanks to Paul and Richard for their hard work and a huge thanks to Craig for his support.

I would have given more stars had they been available. Paul and his team were magnificent. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely use them again.

Mark and Richard were helpful, thoughtful and considerate in how they handled the move this morning.

We used Kingdom Removals for a big house move. They were very fast and organized in packing everything up, dis- and reassembling the agreed upon furniture, disposing our old unwanted furniture and moving everything to the right place in the new house. They were very flexible to accomdate last minute changes to our schedule like when we got the keys for the new place earlier than expected. There was a small issue with our trampoline that I had disassembled as agreed still not fitting into the van they brought but they handled it professionally and figured out an alternative way to transport it. Moving is stressful and I don't want to do it again anytime soon, but if I really had to, I'd definitely call Kingdom removals again to help with the job.

Great team, very professional and accommodating. Managed to fit us in at short notice and moved all our belongings very smoothly.
