Brilliant company from start to finish Craig and his team put us at ease with such a professional and efficient service. We moved on such a wet horrible day but Paul and the guys were upbeat and positive throughout, nothing was a problem for them and they took such good care of all our stuff. Would definitely recommend to everyone, as they actually made our move quite enjoyable!

Very disappointed with kingdom removals.

After sending them a list of what needed to be removed from the property, they then showed up and decided that half of the stuff on the list wasn't agreed upon and said they wouldn't be taking it. (mainly in the kitchen)

When I challenged this they then said that they had received no such list which was particularly strange as they had replied to it with a quote...

Kingdom Removals then tried to appear like they were doing us a favour by saying that because they didn't take the kitchen items they would take other bulkier furniture instead which wasn't previously on the list.

Again, very strange as they claimed to have not received the list in the first place, so I'm unsure how they could know what was on there and what wasn't.

They completely cocked up the clearance by not checking their lists accurately which led to huge misunderstanding all caused by Kingdom Removals. They claimed to not receive the list and then the next moment said they took additional items which were not on the list so I'm not sure if there's a bit of dishonesty going on within the company or early stages of dementia with several members of their staff.

No refund or partial discount was offered for their mistake but instead they offered to unload all the furniture off their van and put it back into the house OR charge us an extra £100+ to do what they had originally agreed to in the first place. Top blokes!

Kingdom also tried to make themselves feel better about their mistake by saying that they had to dismantle beds and take an extra CD rack. Again invalid points - if kingdom had told us to dismantle the beds we would have done so and the CD rack must weigh under 5kg and so if they didn't take that I couldn't walked it to the recycling centre myself balancing it on my head.

(Extra CD rack being one of the items that wasn't previously on the list which they claimed to have not seen...)

All in all very poor experience, poor preparation work done by kingdom removals, instead of really finding out what needs done they just appear to offer everyone quotes and then worry about the job later. Company reeks of dishonesty and chancing.

I organised the house clearance and my dad was at the property to let them in. I assume that because I wasn't there they would try to take as little as possible for as much money and hoped that me and my dad never spoke to each other again, weird.

Avoid at all costs if possible, but if they are your last resort please make a precise list down to the last crumb and then laminate it and make several copies so there is no confusion as kingdom seem to just do what they want.

Kingdom removals were brilliant from start to finish. Allowing us to change dates at short notice.

Would highly recommend them as the People to get you moving.

I moved into my new home on Friday. Paul and Richard from Kingdom Removals went above and beyond to make the move seemless. Their kindness and calm demeanor made what was already a very stressful time a lot more manageable. They were very respectful of my furniture, and everything arrived safely and in one piece. As a single woman I also felt very safe with them, which meant a lot. It can be hard to find a reputable company who treat women respectfully, but I'm happy to report that there were absolutely no issues here.

Absolutely fantastic service. I had hiccups with my sale and therefore delays, but nothing was too much trouble for Craig and his team. All movers were extremely friendly and carried out a smooth, slick service. They also sorted out storage for me at the last minute, which worked out perfectly and was really well priced. I thoroughly recommend Kingdom Removals to anyone looking for a company that will take care of you from start to finish!

Kingdom Removals / Craig literally were the only thing that kept me sane during our house sale and move. We booked a removal from Hampshire to storage in Edinburgh for a completion date that we were let down on, only to have the sale (and three more subsequent sales) collapse. Craig was helpful, patient and helped us every step of the way.

They kept in touch for a year while we went through the sale process and when we finally sold we were able to get the right dates and it really could not have been any better. The guys were helpful, fast (!) and went out of their way to make it as smooth as possible. It was a heck of a long trip for them but they never once complained.

I'm not exaggerating when I say Craig and his team are absolute superstars. Selling my late mother's house had taken a heavy toll on me, and knowing our possessions are in safe hands (when everything else that could go wrong, did so) made everything that much more bearable.

Thank you all, and we'll see you in a few weeks when we move into our new home.

I have moved many times, both in the UK and internationally, and I can genuinely say that the team from Kingdom were the friendliest, most helpful and flexible group I’ve ever met. Nothing was too much trouble and they took such care of my possessions, always checking that I was happy with their work. I really can’t recommend Kingdom highly enough.

Excellent service and company - Craig and team can’t do enough to help and I’ve used them twice - would highly recommend.

The two gents came short notice, and began work immediately. The service was unbeatable and they really made me feel comfortable about my stuff being looked after. They were so fun and friendly, and made the moving experience feel like a lot of fun (believe me or not!)

I had a lot of troubles with a different company who were refusing to move my stuff from a fully packed luton van, but when Kingdom Removals came the job was done perfectly and in just over an hour. The other company took an entire day so this was a big deal.

The other company had made a lot of mistakes and damage, but kingdom removals came in and sorted everything, professionally and with care. 100% reommend them, for any type of move. Really best in the business

So very pleased we chose Craig and his team for our move!! They were absolutely brilliant from start to finish and took all the stress away from moving. We moved from Edinburgh to the Midlands with 3 vans, a big move and the team could not have been more helpful!! It looked at one point like our move might not complete on the day, Craig and all the team kept us positive and reassured throughout. They worked so late for us full of cheer and professionalism, everything arrived safely. We could not recommend Kingdom Removals more highly!

Craig and his team made our move as stress free as they possibly could. We were delayed by a week and moving from Leith Walk along a section where the tram works were well under way with no easy access to our 3rd Floor Flat. We were able to rearrange our moving date by a week with no problems whatsoever and when Paul arrived on removal day, he immediately put us at ease and we knew that we would be looked after with care and courtesy. Kingdom Removals are an incredible company. We had a difficult move, during a pandemic, a couple of weeks from the end of the stamp duty holiday, and no exchange date. We were moving from London to Edinburgh and every major long-haul company had either dropped or couldn't take our booking. We contacted Kingdom in a bit of a panic and from minute one Craig assured us he would move heaven and earth to make our move work. Daily we had phone calls with updates on their plans, I never once had to phone them.

Even with only two weeks notice Kingdom somehow managed to arrange a multi-van pick-up, overnight storage and delivery. The removal team were amazing, extremely hard-working, focussed, utterly professional and super friendly.

I've never known such dedication to customer service. Every part of our house house move was stressful, but the one part that wasn't was the removal, as Craig and his team made it clear that they took total responsibility and ownership of the removal, and no matter what happened, they would make it work. Even on the day of delivery to our new home, when there was a hiccup with the money transfer Craig was on the phone making back up plans and making it clear that it was not a problem, he'd fix whatever problems there might be.

I would without hesitation recommend Kingdom Removals. House moves are stressful, so do yourself a favour and let Kingdom make the removal day the one part that you don't need to worry about.

Called on Craig again to uplift a mattress in Edinburgh and deliver to the middle of nowhere. Although not on a route for Kingdom, he had it picked up within a day and delivered the next. Again, the communication at both pick up and delivery was great. It’s so refreshing to work with people with such a positive attitude and who make every effort to provide excellent customer service. We needed an emergency removal from Edinburgh to London and weren’t able to find anyone to help us. Craig and his team helped us a lot and made sure that our stuff was safe and protected. We can’t thank Kingdom enough for the vast amount of help that they have given us. Would highly recommend.

We were able to arrange removal at very short notice with Craig. Contents were moved from our basement flat very quickly, carefully and efficiently into storage.

I had the most pleasant and the least stressful experience of moving house with Kingdom Removals' service. From the first day in contact with them to the day we moved, Craig was helpful throughout the whole process, always responsive and approachable whenever I had any questions. His colleagues, Tyler and Paul (lovely men!!!), offered the most professional service I have ever seen (speaking from a person who has had a lot of experience of moving): very organised and moving our boxes and furniture with extra care. It could have been extremely challenging moving house with young kids. But, Craig and his team did not let this happen by offering excellent service, for which we as a family are deeply grateful. Highly recommend Kingdom Removals without a doubt. And if I had to move again, Kingdom Removals would be the first and only choice for me.

Excellent service I got this morning Amazing workers, the man arrived early and they all worked very quickly and got everything done nothing was broke and they helped me out a lot building things and keeping things organised,Thankyou so much.
