I ordered 8 Jerry cans, four black and four clear, they came with screw caps but three of the clear cans would not take the screw caps, I informed the customer service department who got it sorted for me and I couldn't be happier, I would happily recommend this company to friends and family based on my experiance with them.

I thought I had bought a pair of beige overboxes for my gas and electricity outdoor meters as seen in the pictures and paid a premium for this colour. I have received two white overboxes that I could buy much more cheaply elsewhere. I'm very unhappy with this.

Ordered some paving spacers I couldn’t find anywhere else. I was kept informed throughout the shipping process, and the delivery was extremely quick. Will definitely buy from them again.

I ordered IBC openers which stated in stock, waited over a month the receive a package with the incorrect IBC openers. Poor quality department, if they even have one.
Dont waste your time, order from Amazon instead

Ordered shelving with 3-day delivery date. Didn't arrive and was still showing as 'pending' on order update so I chased order. I was told units were damaged and so none were available to be sent out and didn't have a date for when these would be available. I asked why I hadn't been advised and refunded and was told they were short staffed.

Poor service- wouldn't recommend

I am a new customer and I attempted to make a purchase of items on special offer online using an introductory discount coupon that KingFisher Direct had sent me.

Their web site rejected the code claiming it was "Invalid" and so I sent an email to their sales support team to provide a valid coupon code or resolve the issue being experienced. Despite a couple of further email chasers no response was forthcoming.

After waiting a further few days, I escalated this issue via email to their Customer Services team whom several days later I have not received any contact from them, the special offer on the items I was attempting to purchase has now ended.

For an Etailer this simply isn't good enough and hence the rating given - It begs the question whether this company is actually still in business, however having read through feedback from other customers this experience is typical of dealing with Kingfisher Direct.

Having endured this experience I rather doubt that anyone within the company will be monitoring their Trustpilot feedback either....

Disgraceful Service.
Goods ordered & paid for on the 9/5/24 with an estimated delivery date of the 21/5/24.
emailed on the 22/5/24 to get a 'firm' delivery date & was informed the 7/6/24!
they stated 'Can only apologise as they are not always aware of what is happening at the manufactures' coming from France!!
Ordered from barriersdirect.co.uk with Next Day Delivery. THIS DIDN'T HAPPEN EITHER AS B.D. WERE JUST AS BAD !!

It was an easy transaction and a pleasure to deal with Kingfisher and their business development manager, Thomas. We hope to do more business with yourselves.

This firm is not a serious company. Customers service one of the most layback we have ever experienced. May be is more close to unprofessional. Ready to get your orders and changes, very slow to process any item. After some unanswered emails sent few weeks back, finally we got a response after a phone call. The person on the other side of the line was very confused and said that they were not aware of any orders. He was very happy to refund the money paid.

Placed 3 separate orders in the last month and my orders arrived the next day.
Brilliant service, they also use decent courier companies so from ordering to delivery everything runs smoothly.
Highly recommended.

Great customer service. Ordered a pallet truck but it didn't turn up when advised. I emailed customer service over the wknd and first thing Monday I recieved a phone call stating it had been lost in the courier system. They promised to send another for delivery on Tuesday. The pallet truck was delivered personally by Kingfisher Direct as promised. The person I dealt with was very apologetic, professional and friendly. Definitely would use again even after a little hiccup as they went above and beyond to resolve. Thank you.

The pricing was fair, the delivery was rapid.

Awesome for ordering Spare parts. I ordered in a Friday morning and had the part from DPD on Saturday morning. Can't ask for more.

Eric sorted out a lost item in the post by sending a replacement by next day delivery. Impressed, as it could so easily have been a saga.

Great Service! I ordered a couple of fittings and had a minor issue (manufacturing fault). Lewis dealt with the problem and shipped replacement parts overnight. Highly recommended and will use again.

I have had excellent service, not only were the goods I purchased great quality (koi temporary vats) but when I managed to damage one, I broke a drainage cap which then leaked, I contacted kingfisher (yes, they answered the phone, a real person as well, one that understood what I said) replacement cap on door mat next morning. And again when house move was moved up on me another vat required pdq, ordered in usual manner, explained my predicament! new vat again arrived next day. BRILLIANT
