I was informed to contact this site by Screwfix from whom I purchased a Titan pressure washer which started to leak water from the gun and I could get spare seals.
I have tried repeatedly but the site doesn't allow you to enter the Titan make, it only shows the more well known brands and you can't override it.
I emailed them and told them it was an urgent issue for me giving them all the information regarding the problem, 72 hours
Gone by and not a reply yet.

RIP OFF COMPANY £3.99 for 1 O ring and £6.99 for postage why… wouldn’t be buying ur products again

Quick to reply to emails when I had a query on delivery, even though it was a Saturday, and great communication.
Much faster delivery than expected considering we're just past the Christmas and the NY breaks.
Brilliant item (replacement oven shelves) cheaper than anywhere else I could find online and perfect fit.

I ordered a glass over-door shelf and was amazed by how fast it arrived . Ordered one day, delivered the next!
The whole experience was fantastic , great quality and excellent service. Highly recommend! I'm really impressed .

I ordered o-rings for a power washer. In the list of the webshop, two pieces were written as the quantity for the order code of each o-ring. There was only one of each o-ring in the package. The three tiny o-rings were sent to me in a huge envelope, postage was £6.90. This is unrealistic as the three o-rings would have fit in a normal or small envelope with much less postage.

I wrote an email to the company, they answered quickly, they wrote that the quantity next to the order code means how many o-rings are required for the power washer. This is misleading. I will not be ordering another £6.90 postage.

In their email they wrote: "Sorry you are unhappy with the service but you would need to purchase more of these if you require them." This is not a very customer friendly attitude.

I also work in business, I sell my own products, I
think this customer management is not appropriate.
