I had a really good experience dealing with Kingfisher. Very knowledgeable and all my questions were answered. Good local supplier, check them out.

I bought a new iPad Gen 8 for drone flying and although the screen display was much larger than my smart phone, I was disappointed with poor display brightness in the sunlight (I guess it was designed to be mostly used indoors).
I stumbled onto the Tripltek 8" Pro tablet with military specs (durability) that was designed with drone flyers in mind. I read the reviews and decided to buy one. I checked for a local supplier (prefer to buy local) and found that Kingfisher Drone Service was the authorised seller in Australia. I had no problems making the purchase and placing the order. The transaction was seamless and delivery was faster than estimated. The only drawback was the hard-wired charger plug was for American powerpoint and not Australian. A travel adaptor is required. There was no mention of this in the advertising. So far all good with this product.

Great services i ordered a wrong tablet clamp for my tripletek 8. Was contacted before item was shipped confirming it was what i wanted. Turned outi had ordered wrong clamp. I was given a couple of options for the right part. Great sales service service with these guys. Ensured i had the right part before shipping thank you.

I contacted Kingfisher Drone Services on a Sunday via their social media platform not expecting a response until business hours. In fact I received a response within an hour. My questions were answers promptly and to my satisfaction, I made an online purchase which was dispatched the next morning and arrived before the stated arrival time even amidst the pandemic. My purchase was as described and I am totally happy with my purchase and the professionalism, manner and all aspects of the company. Highly recommended!

So, it happened as it does. My Tripltek Pro had a fault out of the box. It happens, but this is where you find out how good your retailer really is! I'm happy to report that Paul from Kingfisher was responsive in the extreme. A replacement unit was dispatched and in my hands within 3 days along with a satchel for the return of the original unit.

What else is there to say other than "Even MORE highly recommended!"
