Good to have automatic renewal

It was good to have time to reconsider the quote before automatic renewal.

Delighted that the actual premium was reduced when it came to the automatic withdrawal from our bank account. Still do not know why this happened but much appreciated.

For the s cond year running I was assured I would receive a paper copy of my insurance policy. For the second year running I explained the reasons a hard copy was needed. For the second year running my request has been ignored. There will not be a third year.

Good help, but High premium.

Good help, but being with Kingfisher for almost 4 years and my premium is still around the price i started with in my 1st year, otherwise, can't say anything negative.

This is meant to be a renewal and should happen automatically. It doesn’t matter it’s through someone else .
Renewal should be easy and happen automatically.
To long winded and taking to long and having to sign again .
This must not be the process every year .

Thank you for the feedback - we do strive to make the renewal process as simple and customer friendly as possible, in regard to have to re-sign, this a requirement by the direct debit provider who do need consent each year that you authorise the payments to leave your bank account.
