King Hills Travels provides very good tour packeges with dedicated staff, good acomodations, breakfast and dinner.
My experience with King Hills was very good.

I did do dham at 17th June 2024, travel guider Rahul Jha was very bad man. He doesn't respect how to talk with traveler.
He said to every traveler that you have age issue can't walk to kedarnath. Once tempo traveler back side door closed. He refuses to open at any cost. Also not came with travelers at Tungnath and Badrinath for getting tickets for Darshan.
Not answered our phone calls.

I would like to start by thanking Kinghills Travel Group for organizing our trip to Kedarnath. However, our experience was far from satisfactory due to several issues with the trip's management and planning.

Delayed Pickup: Our first scheduled pickup time was 9:30 AM, but we were not picked up until 2 PM. This significant delay set a negative tone for the rest of the trip.

Poor Planning: There was a noticeable lack of proper planning from the tour manager. Due to this, we missed the Ganga Aarti in Haridwar, which was one of the highlights we were looking forward to.

Late Start to Kedarnath: We were supposed to start our journey to Kedarnath at 7 AM from Haridwar, but the cab didn’t arrive until 12 PM, causing another long and unnecessary wait.

Delay After Kedarnath Trek: After completing the Kedarnath trek, we were asked to return by 3 PM, and we did so punctually. However, the cab did not start until 10 PM, leading to another long wait.

Missed Chopta Sightseeing: We were scheduled to reach our camp stay in Chopta by 10 PM, but we arrived at 2 AM, missing all the planned sightseeing in Chopta.

Missed Ganga Aarti Again: After visiting Badrinath, we were supposed to reach Rishikesh by 5 PM to see the Ganga Aarti. Unfortunately, we arrived around 10 PM, missing it once more. Furthermore, we were asked to leave the hotel at 5 AM the next morning for Delhi, which we refused because we wanted to do some shopping in Rishikesh.

Drop-Off Issues: Lastly, we were promised to be dropped near the airport but were instead dropped in New Delhi, causing us further inconvenience.

Given these numerous issues, I cannot recommend this tour package. The lack of proper coordination and the repeated delays significantly impacted our overall experience.

Don't get manipulated by their posts,videos,followers and Google reviews. Everything is fake. We recently went on Himachal trip with this travels, there was not a single bit of professionalism and they promise you that tour guide will be always with you during the tour but it's reverse scenario, you'll not have anyone and the traveller they provide does not offer any comfort and you'll get leg cramps by the end of the trip. Food quality is worst and their service is of third class. They don't even respond to messages in group. These people are pros in manipulating people through their marketing skills and videos. Please do not consider this travels and save yourself from being cheated.

I and my father did do dham yatra from Kinglihills travel group on May 2024 and it was one of our worst travel experience.THe tour operator Gaurav was very much unprofessional and most of the time fighting with the travellers.From beginning of the journey from Delhi we were given third class vechile which was breaking down every one hour.No proper time management and not a single help was done by the tour manager to help the traveller.Every single day we had to suffer a lot and due to the mismanagement we had just one time food.The traveler vehicle used to leave a us at any point saying the vechile can not go further.I would suggest not to believe this travel agency as they will take full amount before the travel and once you reach there they wont even listen to your problems.

Its a total failure of Kinghills management and operations team, being in this business they are suppose to be ready with all required approvals and permission required for Do Dham yatra in Uttarakhand. Day 1 (From Delhi to Haridwar)- No proper government approvals lead delay in reaching Ganga aarti and hotel.
Day 2 Haridwar to Guptkashi- Kinghills took 4 hours to obtain the Green card and come back to our hotel at 12pm, which caused delay in our travel towards Guptkashi. Were we reached late around 10pm had dinner and were instructed to pack bags for Kedarnath trek and report by 12am for next days journey (No proper rest time was provided. Instead of taking hotel in Guptkashi they should have taking it in Sitapur or Sonprayag area.
Day-3 & 4 (Guptkashi to Sitapur Parking-Kedarnath). we moved around 12.30am towards Sitapur, went to kedarnath temple and came back the next day evening as instructed by the tour manager as we were suppose to travel to Chopta tent stay. But on arrival the tour manager didn't informed us about 2-3 members will be coming late to Sitapur bus stand and we were forced to sleep the whole night in the Bus with a/c in the summer period.
Day-5 (Sitapur to Chopta-Tungnath) The road towards Tunganath is very narrow and local police were shocked and angry that why did you bring your bus on such narrow lane. It's was the drivers skills and experience so we could safely reach our next stay(Hotel).
Day-6 (Gupeshwar to Badrinath) the Hotel was good but too far way from Main Highway and road towards Badrinath which increase our travel time. Which lead in missing on other location like Mana village, Saraswati ugam and Vyas Gufh. Since our stay was at same hotel and again we had to travel for almost 6 hours to reach back(Reached by 11.30pm). Kinghills should have booked hotel at Joshimath in stead Gupeshwar).
Day-7 Gupeshwar to Rishikesh- Same old story get up early and sit in the bus and travel to Rishikesh which took us almost 9-10 hours. Again no time to explore the local areas of Rishikesh and take rest in the hotel.
Day-8 Rishikesh to Delhi- Since it was the last day we all were happy as the nightmare is about to over and we will be free from the torture if sitting in the bus for longer periods.
We were sitting in the bus for more hours not due to traffic but poor planning and management of Kinghills, If they had taking the required permission and booked the hotel in the vicinity of our next destination the story would have been different.

Very very worst experience with the kinghills travels for kashmir. I have booked their heavenly kashmir package. All services treveller, rooms, time management , food and co ordination was worst. We have booked the package from indore by a person named AMAN. Full payment lene tak to aman ke bar bar calls aye lekin fir bad me he didn’t take any follow up and said like he can’t do anything.

They picked us 4 hrs late from delhi in this hot summer. Traveller is old & worst, there is no charging point, water bottle space, loft space and was so dirty. Delhi me 2 hr tk traveller k ander bethakr wait karvaya and bar bar sabhi ke kahne par bhi AC on nhi kiya. Driver SANDEEP was like jb traveller chalegi tb hi on krenge AC. In logon ne asa driver diya jo usi time manali se delhi aya tha n same traveller n driver hame diya. Usko neend aa rahi thi. Sabhi k call krne par bhi they didn’t provide another driver and kept our life on risk. There is no tour manager with us . We got the non experience tour manager LATEEF in katra by morning.

Hotel food was worst. Even breakfast to 10 min me hi finish ho jata tha .

Hotel room was worst, below from normal category. We have booked special category package, but in the middle of journey they informed us that they can’t provide us.

There was biggest scam in GULMARG. Tour manager introduced a person named ISMILE n said that he will arrange all the things like horse and all.. usne 1200 rs ka extra commission lekr 2500 me horse book kiya n jo shoes rent par liye umne b commission liya. When we got aware about this thing, his behavior was pathetic. All team of kinghills is based on commission.

They waste all the time on traveling, we felt like we were in marathon. Sabhi destinations par late pahucahaya , sightseeing me kam time diya , even they didn’t cover all the points they mentioned.

JASPREET was so rude , the travel manager in amritsar. No travel manager was there from jammu to amritsar. Even tour operator HARSH was not receiving the calls in last.

After so many hassle, they didn’t take any responsibility, no money refunded. Advice to all don’t book any trip by KINGHILLS.

They are extremely the worst in management. They do not care about customers at all even in medical emergency they are cold and least bothered.
The travel agents are clueless they don't know anything.
The hotels were pathetic and moreover they charged for absolutely nothing.
In our tour we self booked hotels and had self food they just charged for nothing.
We literally slept in bus at times.. the manager is absolutely useless I don't know how was he hired as he doesn't deserve to be a manger specially in customer service. His name was Alok.

This is one of the worst company recently i have went to manali trip and my experience was worst the tempo traveller they kept so conjusted and it has deisel leakage in the middle way we waited on the road for 2 hours no one will lift your calls and tour manager will not come in your bus he will come with a luxury vehicle the driver and tour manager his name is ajay they are very rude to us and on the last day of our trip the driver beaten one of our traveller please don't travel with king hills

One of the worst experience of my life. Rude management, all lies and scammers. They commit us luxury bus but they provide worst condition normal bus which is very very uncomfortable. Not provide any information abaout cancel luxery bus, our tour Manager not with us in whole tour, & he is not answering our queries, questons. All you get is looted if you ever want to opt for this agency. No security whatsoever for women. Vehicals are too uncomfortalbe that why we Recieved back pain & body pain, when you call and ask the operations, they get so rude with you, only Driver Gurpreet is very supportive, you start regretting on why have you chosen this agency. All 5 star ratings are either fake or forced reviews asked to fill by their tour managers.

Amazing tour experience with kinghills travels.

Every thing including transfer from Delhi to badarinadh, descent hotels and food, further transports to kedar, badari,rishicase finally to Delhi, is really an awesome experience.
Drivers Sanjay, sardar jip are very accommodative and friendly all the way.
From 13 th Oct to 20th October are memorable foe all the six of us.
I wish the aspiring tourists definitely use their services and have good time
