Good but not Great
We are very pleased with the look of the sectional. 1 star removed however because the fabric doesn't bounce back after it has been sat on. The fabric stays a bit wrinkled especially on the chaise. Im going to take some pictures of it..

From the very beginning of submitting a claim to have a replacement part ordered John Paul has been exceptional in his communication and follow up.
In addition to John Paul as the customer support consultant, Mohammed, technician was also efficient, friendly and professional when he came to install the parts on my sofa.
I rated 4 stars only because the part was so long in arriving.

Easy communication
Communication has been easy with King Living, from the ordering of the sofa to the picking up of the sofa from the warehouse. Had to call Customer Service to replace one of the brand new sofa covers that came with a defect, and Rolan was very helpful in opening the case and finding us a solution. Appreciated how he called back to confirm that the replacement cover was on its way. So far, we are loving the new Jasper sofa! We made sure it was one that accommodated our love of napping on the sofa. :)

Very Happy
Delivery was a month earlier than expected. The delivery personal were great, they were professional clean and careful.
We then had an issue and service was here the next day to rectify. Very happy so far.
