Exceptional product and service
I partnered with KOC for three years running. This year, I was unable yo make that commitment. That was of no consequence as their customer service team has been phenomenal all the while. I had a small issue with losing the remote this year and even then they handled my request with all the professionalism I could have hoped for. To say nothing of how spectacular their products are and how they look just as amazing today as the first day I opened the first box three years ago. Highly recommend.

The tree was packaged so nicely and easy to put up! Great quality! Comes with awesome storage bag as well. Customer service is very on top of it and responds very quickly! Would highly recommend!!

The tree itself is beautiful, after paying almost 700.00 for the tree and putting it up for the very first time, the issue was the pedal used to adjust lighting. It was bad, go figure-terrible and poor quality. I got it fixed but wont buy on this site again. While this tree was purchased in 2021, and I told them that when I called, I was put through the claims process. I was not seeking to return, I was hopeful for help/insight or to buy a replacement part. I specifically stated that but it didn’t matter. All I got was a “sorry” via email. I knew it wasn’t going to be anything major, I purchased the tree at the end of 2021 and never removed it from the bag-not once. The tree was in a humidity controlled storage during that entire period. None of that matters because the lesson here is after the 2 year warranty period you are on your own and cant buy a replacement part or talk to anyone for help. That’s horrible given the money you spend on these trees. Do better!

I bought a 7.5 ft tree and it is beautiful and sets up easily. They honored their warranty and replaced a broken part very quickly and customer service was very pleasant to work with.

If I could give this company a 0 I would. Horrible company. I bought a tree under the assumption they were having “their biggest sale” , 7 days later they take off more money and will not honor my purchase and credit me for the additional money they took off for the sale. I think this company is very greedy and have NEVER found a company who would not honor a sale less than a week after something was purchased. I would never recommend this company. Awful!!

I’ve had my Christmas tree for 2 years
I’ve had my Christmas tree for 2 years. It is an absolutely beautiful tree and I get compliments on it all of the time. I pulled it out to put it up this year and realized that I had misplaced the power cord. Now, the gorgeous without lights but how can you have a Christmas tree without lights. I reached out to King of Christmas hoping that I could buy a new cord. Not only did they respond almost immediately but they offered to send me a new cord even though it was no longer under warranty. What an incredible customer service. I would absolutely buy another King of Christmas tree.

Absolutely gorgeous pieces and real touch trees are amazing. I love The fact that all my trees come with remote, different setting for lights and best part a timer for the lights. Also a great addition they have on their trees is NO MORE WIRES between each section of the poles. That’s literally the best part of my trees besides the timer . No more struggling with wires to find them n plug the to each section. The “wire” to connect the lights are in the pole itself so just place the section n it automatically lights up. Very helpful n fast customer service if needed also. I have been using these beauties for the past 4 yrs n love everyone

Excellent customer service! My tree was missing the power cord, which I know can be frustrating, but the customer service handled it in such a quick and timely manner. From the time I emailed them until they already had a new one being shipped out was only a few hours. I am very impressed with the customer service.
