Terrible, I ordered a tree, but cancelled it within an hour. I emailed them within an hour to cancel after I read some of their reviews, no response. I emailed another 3 times I did not hear anything. I called twice, it just rang and rang. I have to pay to return this thing I don't want. I wouldn't buy anything from them ever.

The correct bag was sent promptly and I appreciate all your assistance in getting the order corrected.

We usually set up our tree early November. As soon as we put the tree together it was not lighting.

We called troubleshooting and they send you a few hoops and photos needed and then 24-48 hours you think they are solving and sending replacement parts.

A week later we get a box of tree pieces that are incorrect. Call back. Need another 24-48 hours to investigate. but , yep they screwed up so here we go again.

Takes another few days to ship the box and lo and behold, we finally get it 12/18

Now we are 3-4 weeks into this ordeal.

And guess what. Does it work? Is it correct? No.

So i called yesterday and they need, you guess it, 24-48 hours to investigate. I Call back today and they say give them another 24 hours.

Well will they expedite shipping of parts ? “No we don’t do that.”

So basically i need to buy a tree elsewhere in stock 7 days before Xmas, eat the money bc they take days and weeks to get things handled??

The tree was shipped immediately after the order was placed and arrived so fast! Unboxing and setting up the tree was sooo easy and fun! Beautiful looking tree - amazing color - high quality & looks as pictured! Loved the whole experience & would 100% recommend if you want a fast delivery, easy setup, and gorgeous tree! 5 STARS!!!

I bought a tree last year and it is just as described. Set up was so easy and the tree is sturdy enough for heavy ornaments. I wish I'd bought one sooner. So glad to have made the investment!

Purchase a tree last year....absolutely beautiful. So I bought the same tree this year only 1 foot taller and it's an absolute disappointment. They do not look the same....this year's tree is ugly. I tried customer service and basically they don't care to help. It's all by email. I had 2 professional designers look at the tree, their professional opinion is it's definitely not the same. They have been in business for over 30 years and professional decorate christmas trees and can't understand what King of Christmas doesn't see in the pictures. Needless to say the tree in an embarrassment and KOC will not do anything about it and I will have to put it away in the box. I am sick over the amout if money I have spent in 2 years with this company.....buyer beware....choose another company and not this one. SO DISAPPOINTED 😞

The customer service was exceptional! Shipping was fast and easy and tree is beautiful! Very happy with the entire process from start to finish!

The tree is majestic, it was delivered on time and it delivered on its promise !
Looking forward to adding some gorgeous and colorful globes to enhance it even more 😀

Last year my husband and I who are both 77, decided not to try to haul a fresh tree in and try to keep it healthy, so I ordered one of the trees. I paid over $200 and apparently it was an "open box" with only 90 day warranty. Guess I didn't think I would have to worry about a problem only the 2nd time I used it. They offered no troubleshooting just....."sorry no warranty" . So now I have a $200 tree with only bottom lights, so it will have to be unplugged to use it. I am so very disappointed in this. It was not what I would call cheap so I sure expected more....guess that makes me naive.

Absolutely the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! DO NOT BUY. OVERPRICED JUNK!! $1300 Tree arrived damaged, No Working Lights, tree looked nothing like photos as far as flocking either. Had to perform 5 tests, pictures and videos and took 7 calls to get customer service to approve refund and not charge a $175 return fee for their broken crap.
To this day I am still waiting on a return label. It has been another week and 9 more calls. And umpteen emails. I was told I only needed the one (2) labels of the same for each box. Loaded the 2 large heavy boxes and took to Fed EX only to be told I in fact needed 2 different labels with separate tracking numbers. As I assumed. Still to date waiting for another label!!! You only get agents from another country and English language is not the best. AVOID ALL AT COST
Today is another day, I’ll see if ai can get another label!!

I recieved my tree and was so thrilled with it it was exactly what i was looking for it was easy to put out and easy to put up for the next year the branches were ready to put where I wanted them to go I definitely would buy another tree if I ever needed another and would recommend king of trees to all of my friends and family

I received this tree a couple years ago and it is the best!! This tree is so full and perfect each time I set it out! I actually set it out on Halloween day just to be able to enjoy it longer. The ability to change the lights from color to white and adjust the brightness and twinkling is amazing.
I definitely recommend purchasing a tree from King of Christmas, in fact I am actually thinking of purchasing another one!

This business wildly fluctuates their pricing on their trees several times a day. These changes are significant.


A tree I just received and paid $299 for (on a “Black Friday sale”) was:


* $149 yesterday—for a taller version. (An email KoC sent me let me know.)
* $499 a few minutes later, and then…
* $99 later that night (flocked version).

If you have a question, customer service puts you on hold (half an hour both times I called) while they check with the back office; and the reps provide contradictory information.

The tree I received (King Noble Fir), to give my honest assessment, looked like it was worth $99. Only the outer edges of the branches have “realistic” leaves; about midway into the middle and lower branches, they are *very* cheap looking. The wire wrapping the “trunk” had a large bunch of unraveling, wispy threads obviously coming apart from something within the wires.

I decided to return the tree, even though it means I’ll lose $50 ($40 handling fee + non-refundable $10 shipping insurance).

Hands down my ultimate favorite tree! I’m so in love with my 7ft Prince Flock!! It’s super easy to assemble literally did not take long at all! I love the way it looks and after I puff it even more gorgeous !! Thank you KOC for such quality products!!!! I will be recommending my friends and family !

I had the best experience with king of Christmas! I usually go for the real trees but I didn’t want the hassle this year. This was my first time ordering with them and it was with ease. My tree came super fast and it’s so beautiful! The quality of the tree is so nice full and real like. The lights are bright and I love that the lights time out after a while so I don’t have to remember to turn it off for bed!

I recently purchased a tree form KOC, overall it was a good experience. The product descriptions and pictures match the items. The tree arrived well-packaged and in good conditions.
