Got a decent pair of Dunks, reduced because no box, for my nephew. They are a really nice trainer. I ordered them on the Monday and got them Tuesday morning.

I buy a pair of air Jordan 1... Come after 2 weeks and the price label was 175 but I pay 265... Lame

Shabby box, no lid, or lining paper. Marks on soles of trainers, inside of trainers smell like someone else’s feet. paid for one to 2 day delivery, first delivery attempt made seven days later, I had to go and pick up the trainers from the post office cost me another £5 in parking. Was bought as a gift, leaving too late to return. Customer service was slow to respond and then indifferent and unhelpful will not use King of kicks again.

Ordered air jordans for my daughters birthday,they sent the wrong pair out,trying to get hold of customer service is like trying to make contact with God,eventually someone contacted me to sort this but still no trainers received as of yet,can see why I always use laced or footlocker for trainer's

Shoes arrived on time, efficiently and as described, no faff. That's all I ask. B

After ordering these shoes a month prior to my girlfriends birthday and paying for next day delivery these shoes did not come for close to two months . I even emailed ten days after the purchase to see what the issue was to be assured that the shoes would arrive in time to then not coming for 6 weeks after . I was not happy with my service

Product was bona fide and I was refunded postage due to slow delivery which I appreciated. Unfortunately the shoes were too small and had to be returned. Here Yodel were the problem, taking four weeks to return my purchase and massively delaying my refund. I did have to chase a few times, but eventually King of Kicks called and confirmed both the refund and the fact that they no longer use Yodel as it was too unreliable. Overall a quite drawn out process but they did come good in the end and I can vouch for the fact that they are a proper company who care about their on-line reputation.

I genuinely won’t be buying from anywhere else now. Everything from ease of purchase and payment options to the quality packaging and delivery times and high standard of customer service.Certainly deserve a 5* review.

King of kicks chucked in a free trainer protection spray, will definitely order from them again! Trainers are so much nicer than I expected too 😊
