After my Dad passed away I needed to find someone who could identify anything of value and then be able to clear the flat. I found Dan on a search and seemed to be exactly what I was looking for. I met with Dan and he couldn’t have been more sympathetic and understanding of the delicate situation. I was truly grateful for Dans honesty, identifying some items of value but also being realistic. We came to an agreement on value and within the week the flat was totally cleared. It made a very difficult and emotional process much more bearable. Over the years we have inherited a number of items which were not really to our taste, but they had been put away for safe keeping in the loft. Daniel called to advise us on what we should do with everything, and he was very friendly, and sensitive to the fact that these were items which had been inherited from dearly loved relatives.

We found him to be honest, genuine and very knowledgeable about all the jewellery and china. He was willing to spend time explaining the history behind some of the things, and went above and beyond to assist us.
