Easy, very close to the station, best price, safe. Staff is very helpful. One downside was that, as I wanted to collect my luggage after 7pm, I was sent to another location, about 50m further away.

Bit expensive for 3.5 hours but efficient and accommodating staff. BIG thank you to Olga who helped me mend my broken suitcase. She was so friendly and helpful.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. I was there at 1pm on 12/12/2024. There were 2 staff members on duty.

I said hello to the first, he clearly heard me, but chose not to respond or even make eye contact.

I waited for the other to come back. I said hello. He at least made eye contact but did not respond. He immediately spoke to the customer behind me. I literally had to wave his down before he would speak to me. He respond was "pickups first, then drop offs".

I feel like the experience would have been so much smoother and less insulting if 1 of them had at least said "hello, I'll be with you after the pick-ups". Good luck for them that they are the only luggage service the the station.

This place is right opposite Kings Cross and is a 4 or 5 pounds depending if you book ahead. I used it overnight on 7/18/24 and collected the next morning at 7 am. I could see how secure it was as they opened it up there were several locks being undone and the guys running it are just really pleasant and helpful, one even helped me with my case up the stairs and as I had ridiculous flapping jeans on this could have saved me an injury so thank you for that. I will always use them because of how nice they are to interact with and the fact it is right opposite the station under the William Hill betting spot.

Perfectly located, easy to book, staff were friendly and helpful. Drop off and collection was easy and problem free. Made it easy for us to enjoy our weekend, much cheaper than we expected and cheaper if you book online

Kings Cross luggage storage close by 7:00 pm. Moreover it's in the basement, so you have carry luggage downstairs and very difficult to climbup after pickup.
At the time of pickup the handler person @ storage was injured already. Moreover at the time of booking luggage online nothing was declared, you pay and you are traped.

The best luggage storage in London without a doubt. When I arrived both Omar and Ratish (I may have spelt his name wrong) were very helpful and friendly. exceptional service. The location is ideal, literally over the road from Kings Cross so no need to carry all your luggage about with you as its a very convenient drop off point. The price is only £4 per bag, this is the cheapest in London. Most others at £5 per bag or even more.
