Had an amazing experience with Charley, From the first viewing she was incredibly kind, patient, and super helpful. We were in a really urgent situation needing to move quickly and she went above and beyond! constant updates, clear explanations of every step, and super fast organisation of paperwork and viewings. You could honestly tell she cared and was actively trying to help us secure the flat, not just rushing us through a process. I’m so grateful for how supportive and responsive she was and I’d absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to rent!!!

I've rented with Kingsdene for almost a year and have had a great experience. Any maintenance issues have been resolved quickly with the help of Sam. Recently, I've needed help with the tenancy and Laura has been super. She was really responsive, helpful and clear. This is in stark contrast to my old letting agent, so I feel very grateful.

I was looking to rent a flat ASAP and Chaley Wosser was really great at getting things moving quickly (got in touch Jan 20th, had a viewing on the 21st, got a contract sent over on the 23rd and will move on the 31st). In addition, she communicated well, replied quickly and was helpful during the house viewing and in addressing concerns about repairs.

She had a direct impact on the decision to rent as I was very interested in a property managed by another letting agency but they were hard to communicate with and slow at getting things moving (had not reached the landlord days after I made an offer above the asking price, which had just been lowered as the house had already been on the marked for 3 months). I signed the property managed by kingsdene because Charley competently arranged things to proceed quickly whilst I didn't trust the other letting agency to help me move anytime soon.

We have dealt with Anna and Faye at Kingsdene and they have been extremely efficient and professional.
We've dealt with Anna on a regular basis and she gets things done , and often takes the initiative and her communications are excellent.
Anna is the type of person you would want working for your own company.

Just completed our move and had Faye as our co-ordinator. Amazing service and was very responsive with all of our queries. I feel like she went above and beyond to answer all of our questions which has made our moving process a lot less stressful. Would highly recommend.
