Fast Service but make sure you order the right products !!

I ordered 3 Network cards for our office PC's but it turned out they weren't the correct ones (our IT's department's fault).
I found the right items on their website and asked if I could exchange them, which they agreed to but this would incur a £25.00 handling charge!
Really disappointed especially when the new parts I was going to order where for more or less the same value. I have kept the incorrect parts and will order the new ones from elsewhere.
I don't think it is acceptable to charge this kind of money for a return or exchange.
I was well impressed with Kingsfield Computer to start with but not sure if I will be ordering from them again.

I realise you are disappointed however would urge you to consider us in the future as i am sure as you said the mistake was your IT dept and not Kingsfield.
We believe in keeping costs down for us and our customers and therefore if we are to exchange any products which is not our fault then its only fair to pass on the cost to who is responsible and not other customers.

As you said the service was fast and efficient which is what we aim for at the same time to keep the cost down for all our customers.

Excellent - Both Staff and Service

My colleage and I have been using Kingsfield for a considerable number of years and in all that time the staff and service has been unfailingly excellent. When a quote is requested the response is almost immediate and when an order is placed the goods are invariably delivered by the date required. Sue has been our constant contact throughout and her warm and friendly approach to her customers is matched by her professionalism at all times. Nothing is ever too much trouble for her (whatever we throw at her) and it is a pleasure to do business with her. I cannot foresee any reason why such a lovely business relationship should come to an end.

Arrived quickly - happy with service. Glad I did not need to return.

I would say that you should buy from them if you think nothing can go wrong. They have a B2B returns model which means they will screw you over if you are not satisfied. Thankfully, the product was absolutely fine! Just know you are trading good price for horrible returns service.

You are correct we are fully B2B to keep the cost down and get the best service for our customers.

I do dispute the horrible service since we have been trading successfully from 1997.

We do strongly advice customer to check the product and ensure it is the correct one like you have to avoid returns as they are costly and someone has to pay for them.

Poor service very disappointing.

After buying an item online following only what their website allowed me to do my purchase was declined as I was a accused of not paying any postage. I explained postage was not even an option at the point of purchase and understood that to mean it was free delivery. After trying to explain that it would have been impossible to have bypassed any postage costs it was clear that my explanation was falling on deaf ears. They refunded my money deciding not to honour the sale which I was glad for as I then purchased the item cheaper elsewhere with free delivery.

Fast and efficient service, top marks!

I wanted to get a tablet for my little boy and found this site to offer the cheapest price for the one I wanted. I ordered it and it arrived the very next day. Talk about a fast repose, I was amazed!

Quick Service but with an extra cost

Received my product within 24 hours of purchasing it! However I had to pay £5.90 for postage. In fairness to the site, they do say that postage is only free on orders above £50 but I wasn't paying attention and they still provided me with the offer for free delivery during check out. Surely a simple query should have been put place to not provide the free delivery option if the order is less than £50?

Wrong item listed - no response to query.

Ordered a PCTV 290e - was sent a 292e.

I did suspect the listing would be wrong due to price, but low review is for lack of action.

On 24th informed them of this, now 30th, nothing heard, website still claiming to sell 290e.

Excellent Service
