Sue provides a good friendly service, a call from her is always courteous & professional, whilst being friendly and is always happy to provide info on any requested product as well as giving regular updates on products and services that may be of interest. Sue keeps in touch without being intrusive.

I am impressed that Kingsfield stock Samsung ATIV Book 9 NP900X3G 33.8 cm (13.3") Notebook - Intel Core i5 i5-4200U 1.60 GHz - 8 GB RAM - 256 GB SSD - Windows 8 Pro 64-bit. It is practically unavailable or out of stock in the UK.
Excellent customer service; I do not usually use Paypal therefore it took 24 hours for Paypal to release funds, delaying "next day delivery", however Kingsfield did their best to offer advice and helped ship the goods on time (thanks Sue!)

My account manager at Kingsfield always tries to source a product solution even if we are not sure it exists :-) They also will try to get the best price and will admit if they can't and offer an alternative product, or package that can solve the problem.
