A very bad experience with Kings Court Care Home in Holt

We had a terrible experience with Kings Court care home in Holt run by Kingsley Health group. Our Dad was there for a month because he needed nursing care after a hospital spell. They seemed totally unprepared for his needs, were defensive and disorganised and I don’t believe it was a safe place for him. Talking to them and making clear requests/ complaints made no difference. One of the biggest problems was that they sometimes didn’t answer calls for help for 20-30 mins or more. I think the fundamental problem was poor management and putting profit above care. Avoid!!!
