Huge Delays and False Advertising
I ordered a Converge Vinyl with Gold and White splatter. It was supposed to take 6-10 days to arrive. Nearly 3 weeks later I got nothing, so I wrote them through their site. They got back pretty quickly to say that they're moving and experiencing delays. I would have liked a heads up, but at this point it's still no big deal. However, after waiting over a month, the vinyl finally arrives, only to find that the advertised white and gold splatter is entirely missing. Instead, there are maybe 4-5 white dots on each side, and absolutely no gold. I reached out multiple times to their customer support about a refund or exchange and have received no response at all.
To their credit, I did get the vinyl eventually, and it does play fine. But due to poor customer service and quality control, I won't be purchasing from this company again.
Stand up company!
They ran out of the CJ bundle that I had ordered and without hesitation asked how they could make it right. I didnt want to be a jerk so I just said I would love a hoodie and had it in my mailbox the next week.
I am used to having to hunt down my missing merch and then fight about refunds, but not Kings Road. Stand up company.
Don’t waste your money.
Complete waste of time and money. Ordered a suicide silence vest and waited OVER TWO MONTHS just to never receive the package. Eventually once I became impatient and realized my vest was never coming, I had to ask for my money back. The whole time I was waiting those two months, every email I sent was met with the same excuse : “we are currently moving warehouses and will ship it as soon as possible.” And that takes over two months ?! It never even left the main facility. Worst merch supplier I’ve ever dealt with. At least I got my money back, thank god. Earned em a one star instead of a zero like it should be.

Customer service giving updates on orders sucks, shipping is terrible, and things never arrive on time usually. Last couple times has been better with minor improvements but I’ll give a five star review when they update their tracking system better and don’t make it next to impossible to get updates from the website

Ordered 2 cannibal corpse mystery packages. Over a month. Many emails never replied too. Multiple excuses when I finally got a reply. Still not even shipped out beyond a month. When inwas told my order would ship out soon. Over 3 weeks beyond that isnt soon.. and still to this day never even sent out with no updates back in weeks. Totally ignoring customers and no concern for their clientele.. had to process a dispute

Frustrating.
It's fine that mistakes happen and stuff gets left out of an order, but when it takes nearly a month to resolve it, naturally inventory won't be available once you finally get an answer. Add in shoddy communication on pre-orders (why go to the trouble to email that there's been a delay on one item, but the rest of your order will ship separately and then not actually follow through on that?) and I dread seeing that so many of my favorite artists use KRM.
