The associate Rosalyn who answered the phone is the reason my experience was Great. I needed to return a fixture ( excellent quality but didn’t fit the space) and I was worried about the return policy, what hoops I would have to jump through, what I would have to pay to return it if I was even within the qualifying window of return. Well, Rosalyn introduced herself with a smile in her voice and calmly reassured me that I needn’t worry she would help me take care of the return. First she would see if I was within the timeframe to return the item and she diligently looked up my account and quickly told me I was within the return timeframe of 30 days. Rosalyn outlined everything I needed to know in order to return the item and assured me that all instructions would be emailed to me as well within 24-48 hours. What a relief. Rosalyn’s TLC turned a serious concern into an easy “action item.” She anticipated my worry about proper packaging and tracking before I could ask the question. This is customer service of the highest order. In my opinion, Rosalyn is a valuable asset to the Kingston Brass company and should receive a raise and promotion. I think the Kingston Brass faucets are beautiful.
I have a major problem with the company. I've needed to replaced the cartridges for most of my faucets - they are 15 years old and we didn't have a water softener for a lot of it. We have very hard water.

Online, the specifications sheet for a faucet shows the break-apart picture of the faucet. The cartridge is visualized. BUT, there is no correlating number that tells you which cartridge to order. It makes it REALLY HARD to replace the cartridges when needed.

I'm going to gradually replace all my faucets with another brand that will have better guidelines for finding replacement parts. (Yeah... it has been super frutrating.)

The faucet was beautiful but could not be put together due to missing part so it was returned.

I’m a plumber and have experience with Kingston brass. It is a solid very good quality fixture. I purchased a deck mount for my free standing tub. It was surprisingly cheap. The fixture came in and I installed it but failed to notice it was cocked at a funny forward leaning angle. Now thw cheap price made sense as another model that looked just like it was double the price. I didn’t see anything on the description about its forward leaning angle. Maybe I over looked it. I dunno. I was already so far in my project that I just rolled with it. It works great. It just looks peculiar. Oh well
