The plumber who services my house is a seasoned professional. The install should be a 3-4 hour job. He could not complete the job due to insufficient written instructions and the hot water hardware incorrectly marked by Kingston. He installed as best he could according to the provided printed instructions and it was backward so he had to uninstall is and try again. After 7 hours he left and the hardware is still not correct. The hot tab is on the cold faucet and the faucets shut off at the front of the sink and you have to turn them to the side to get water to run out. He called tech support and he will have to come back another time. This is a very season professional who had done a lot of work for me and either he will have to over bill me or he will short himself by not billing me for all his time. This is wrong. I called the Kingston customer service team and I was told their was nothing they could do. Unless we get a financial resolution for the extra labor I will never ever buy another KIngston Brass product.

The order was shipped quickly and received in excellent condition, Fit and finish of the kitchen faucet is very nice. All parts fit properly, plus surplus hardware was included in the packaging. We Like the traditional design with modern operation. The valves open and close with short, positive action. The sprayer also has a positive action and fits snugly in the receptacle, minimizing under-sink leaks. The sprayer handle is also brass, which is really nice, although that makes it heavier which takes some getting used to, All in all, I am very pleased with this Kingston kitchen faucet.

The accuracy and timeliness of the order was perfect. The parts installed (with a pro-plumber). And so far, so good on the quality, look and finish.

I had a little plastic extender piece break on my cold water handle in my shower. After going to Home Depot, Lowes and Ace Hardware, they all told me it was a Kingston Brass faucet and I needed to go to the manufacturer directly. This was over a month ago. I have gone back and forth with the support team at Kingston Brass, providing pictures multiple times, only to be told that they have determined that it is not theirs and they can't help. Extremely poor service. Not to mention that it took over a month for them to determine it isn't theirs, when everyone else says it is theirs...??!!! I would stay away from this brand!! Not worth it!!

Easy sight to get through

It is beautiful and does not splash all over the room like the big faucets.

I received excellent customer care assistance, a price matching a sale price at wayfair, and timely shipping and delivery. And I love my product.

I have purchased 10 sink faucets, 4 shower systems, and stand alone tub faucets in the last 6 months from Kingston brass. All are heavy solid brass - like you need to work out just to lift the sink sprayer - Just solid, well crafted products. I'd do it again if I was building another house.

Good quality hard to find fixtures. Customer support was also very helpful in selecting the correct items.

Excellent product. Was searching for months to find a tub spout with a diverter that was longer than 8 inches. Wanted one at 12 inches, but the 10in spout from you is working wonderfully.

Fast shipping …great quality faucet not like the cheep stuff I seen at Lowe’s and Home Depot. I will definitely be using Kingston for all my future purchases.
