Ordered an electronic calendar in December 2024, never have received it. Spoke on email to what you think is customer service who said it had been delivered and then sent another one out…. Sent another email and now it bounces back undeliverable! How they can get away with this I do not know!!!

This company never ships out your package even though they said they did. Its been 4 months now with multiple emails and now they only have offered a 50% refund. They are now emailing from a shopvilleeny.com address. Pure scam company. Should file for a lawsuit against them.

I swear all the reviews are exactly what I had been dealing with. I ordered mid Dec and it is now 28 Feb and no item. First shipment went to wrong address. That first shipment took weeks. I emailed the company and corresponded with a Deanna telling me that the item was delivered to wrong address and a new shipment will be sent. The 2nd shipment sent and as I tracked the item once again delivered to wrong address (Puerto Rico and I'm in Massachusetts). I emailed Denna back and stated this ridiculous and clearly a scam.
Thankfully I used PayPal and they investigated and refunded me completely.
I wish I checked reviews. Lesson learned.

I only gave them one star because you can't give them negative stars! I ordered a light in December for my business it did light. They said it came in February and it never did it was supposed to arrive before christmas! They are rip off artists and I hope no one else ever ordered from them. Calling my credit card company today because thank God I use the card that will reimburse me, the light was $40!

These people can only be described as scum. I ordered a mini bench drill in early Dec which did not arrive. Contacted them and received a promise that it was on its way. Weeks passed and still nothing. Contacted them again and told it was on its way and they would chase the delivery company and provide tracking details. Still nothing. This company should not be in business

Clearly victim to a scam, hoax - call it what you like.

Damn why i didnt read first i got scammed order a therminal cam got delivered message but nothing at my door!! we have to shoot this kind of people

dont think they exist anymore. SCAM Business. placed order back in Oct 2024. had multiple communication back and forth with someone apparently pretending to be customer service. I was provided a tracking number twice and both times delivery was to a different address. when i tried reaching back for a refund, all emails are now bouncing back. FAKE SCAM. hopefully I can go through paypal for my refund like other's have suggested.

I should of check the review first before i purchase something! I am experiencing what other people is having. Purchase an item and it has no tracking website is not even opening when you try to see the details of your purchase.

Ordered and paid. Received a tracking number and then received message that the order was deliverd but I didn't received any thing. Now I can't go on the site or track nr. Everything givves me error. I can't contact them

SCAM COMPANY
Said that my order was being being delivered and supplied me with a tracking number. The tracking number only worked up to the point where it said that it was at the airport in China, then it stopped working. I requested a refund from PayPal, which they agreed to. Surprisingly, the tracking number showed up on PayPal to say that the order should be delivered on 3rd Jan but obviously didn’t turn up. On 4th, there was a message on PayPal saying that the tracking number had been delivered on 3rd Jan. There was no delivery to me using that tracking number and tracking via the carrier ceased on 23rd December. If, as someone has suggested, the tracking number is cloned and I’ve been tracking someone else’s order (up to 23rd Dec), then it’s possible that the goods associated with that tracking number were delivered yesterday, just not my goods nor delivered to me.
DEFINITELY A SCAM COMPANY-so avoid using them.

Scam company, item not delivered, they claim it was signed for, tracking indicates it was delivered to wrong address, opened a case with PayPal but postage costs forfeited unfortunately.

But tracking number is for not for my item and is cloned from another item being delivered to another part of the country

Luckily I was suspicious when I bought item so I paid through PayPal. Who are getting my money back

It sais it was delivered to absolutely wrong address in a different part of the country, but link doesn't work.

I ordered from them but luckily I paid with PayPal, going through pay pal now to get my money back.

I got an email saying that they received the order, another that they sent it with a tracking number that worked.
Checking again a few days later should of been at the Australian airport the tracking link did not work and the website has disappeared. I had been emailing the email her name was Deanna she has been responding to me while I have been watching the tracking, tracking number didn't work email Deanna again and email not found now got bounced back.
Don’t use them they are a scam Chinese company that take your money and don’t send out the goods.

Wrote their "customer service" and wished to get my order canceld. 1 week later they send my order and 1 hour after they respond to my e-mail saying of course i could cancel just give us all the information i already hade provided them with a week ago. Sneaky sneaky scammers
