I placed an order on 11/05/24 and order was sent to a completely different state. They gave me a new tracking number and it has been in china since 12/11/24. They wont refund my money or send my package. They wont give a phone number either. They keep sending me the same message, but not rectifying the problem.

Placed an order Nov. 14 2024. Kinsellars tracking claimed item was delivered at 12:06 A.M. on Dec.23 2024 a Sunday night. Will not give carriers name. Cannot access any actual tracking. Going to contact paypal for refund. Do not do business with these crooks.

Ordered and paid but never recieived any shipment. They claim order has been delivered and signed for, but cannot send a POD. Scammers!

Very poor.
Very poor.
Said item had been shipped, tracked delivery which said it had been delivered, but I was in all day and no delivery.
Contacted and they first said to wait, then they would resolve, then the tracking showed it had been delivered.
Won't refeund or send a new item.
Contacted PayPal who refunded the order.
